Photographs of this villa do not do it justice! Standing in a sizeable plot of land at an area of natural beauty, this large house has the beach for a back yard. The villa offers excellent 4 bedroom accommodation on 2 floors. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities. There is a partly covered terrace, which leads from the living room and the dinning room to the swimming pool, barbecue and the garden. The garden surrounds the pool and overlooks the beach. Inside, the house is spacious, fully furnished and nicely decorated. The sea views from all the rooms in the house as well as all balconies, verandas and the roof garden are spectacular. All this and a very convenient location too as it is situated in an area near Kissonerga village and Coral Bay, and, only 20 minutes drive from Paphos town. Also note that there are no buildings near the house in half a mile radius and no construction is to take place within this radius either.

Notes on prices
Prices for renting the property are per week in euros.
Air-conditioning and heating are optional extras and can be arranged either with the booking or on arrival at the villa. Air-conditioning is available at 5 euros per unit per day. Central heating is available at 10 euros per day. Discounts to rental rates for long winter lets are available.
Changeover day
We are flexible with changeover days. However, on changeover days you will have access to the property after 2pm and may be expected to vacate by 11am.

Bath towels and bed linen are provided and are changed weekly. The property is also cleaned once a week. |

Outside
The villa's 8.5m x 4.5m swimming pool is complete with patio furniture and sun loungers, surrounded by patio area and grass. Uninterrupted sea views can be enjoyed relaxing by your own pool. Outside kitchen with sink covered area as well as outdoors shower.
Coast/Beach
The villa has a direct access to the beach. The sea there is deep and is suitable for good swimmers. Coral Bay is only 3 mins drive away (bus service available - bus stop 200 yards from the house). Coral Bay is one of the most popular beaches in Cyprus, with Blue Flag EU certification, complete with all facilities, water sports and snack bars.
Golf
There are 3 main Golf Courses easily accessible by Car from Coral Bay. The new Aphrodite Hills Golf Club, Tsada Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf club.
Skiing
Skiing can be enjoyed from Jan-Mar every year at Troodos mountains and specifically Mount Olympus. A car with 4 wheel drive is essential to fully enjoy the journey which takes approx 1 and three quarter hours. The villages on the way to the Troodos can be enjoyed all the year round.
Travel
Paphos airport is approx 40 mins drive from the villa. Larnaca Airport is approx 1hr 45 mins away.
Distances
The nearest amenity to the beach house is a corner shop 250 yards from the beach house. Then about 300 yards from the beach house there is a popular fish tavern with nice sea views as well as a cocktail bar. Furthermore, less than half a mile away there are a handful of additional bars/restaurants and a couple of decent mini markets. In the same area there are also 2 hotels that you could eat or drink at.
Further details
More shops, bars tavernas and restaurants are situated in Coral Bay area which is 2 mins drive away from the villa. Coral Bay is a self contained cosmopolitan resort with banks, chemist and supermarkets as well as a good selection of restaurants. Alternatively you could always visit Paphos Town and Harbour for that 'Mediterranean feeling' of eating al fresco at fish taverns by the sea, or, simply enjoying a coffee or an ice cream.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required within 7 days to secure the booking with the balance due 10 weeks prior to the date of the holiday.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE that for the convenience of our customers, we have arranged to accept payments made in GBP and deposited to our UK NatWest bank a/c. Euro fee to be converted to GBP at the exchange rate prevailing on the day of each payment. Alternatively EURO fee could be transferred in EURO to our Cyprus EURO bank account.
