The villa is situated in a quiet residential street with a private 8m x 4m saltwater pool and landscaped gardens. The large terrace has a shaded dining area and BBQ. Shops, restaurants, the sea and the main road into Kyrenia are a pleasant 8 minute walk away. The fully air conditioned villa sleeps six in comfort with two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. There is satellite TV, Radio/CD player and CDs, books and games. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board and a chilled water dispenser.

Outside
Landscaped gardens surround the villa offering the beautiful scents of Cyprus.The 8m x 4m overflow swimming pool is chlorinated with salt water which is kind to skin, eyes and swimwear. The terrace is equipped with 4 adjustable sunbeds (plus two spare mattresses), parasols and plenty of tables for your ice cold drinks. In the shade of the pergola is a dining table with six chairs.
Coast/Beach
The sea is only an 8 minute walk away where there are numerous beach bars with their own pool facilities. If you decide to hire a car then the beaches are endless, some only a short ride away.
Travel
The nearest Airport is Ercan which is about an hours drive away.You can also fly into Larnaca (in Southern Cyprus) and we can arrange transfer by taxi.
It is advisable to hire a car as there are many sites to see and beaches to die for.
Distances
The village of Karaoglanoglu is just 6 minutes walk and the Jewel in the Crown "Kyrenia" with it's beatiful harbour is just 4 miles away. The ancient Roman remains of Salamis are not to be missed.
Further details
Within walking distance are the local shops and a Bank , also a very good supermarket stocking a large array of English products. There are many first class restaurants within walking distance.
