The villa is situated in a quiet residential street with a private 8x4m pool and landscaped gardens. The large terrace is partially shaded by trees and has a separate shaded dining area and BBQ. Shops, restaurants, the sea and the main road into Kyrenia are a pleasant 8 minute walk away. The fully air conditioned villa sleeps six in comfort with two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. There is satellite TV,DVD Player and DVDs, Radio/CD player and CDs, books and games. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board and a chilled water dispenser.

Outside
Landscaped gardens surround the villa offering the beautiful scents of Cyprus.The 8m x 4m overflow swimming pool is surrounded by a private terrace which is equipped with 6 adjustable sunbeds, parasols and plenty of tables for your ice cold drinks. In the shade of the olive tree there's a dining table with six chairs.
Coast/Beach
The sea is only an 8 minute walk away where there are numerous beach bars with their own pool facilities. If you decide to hire a car then the beach options are endless, some only a short ride away.
Travel
The nearest Airport is Ercan which is about an hours drive away.You can also fly into Larnaca (in Southern Cyprus) and we can arrange transfer by taxi.
It is advisable to hire a car as there are many sites to see and beaches to die for.
Distances
The village of Karaoglanoglu is just 6 minutes walk, and the Jewel in the Crown "Kyrenia" with it's beautiful harbour is just 4 miles away.
Further details
The sea,local shops,a Bank, a very good supermarket stocking a large array of English products, and many first class restaurants are all within walking distance.

About the owner
We are a "young" retired couple, married for nearly 40 years with two grown-up sons. Because we ran our own small business we never committed ourselves to package holidays until some friends urged us to join them on holiday in N Cyprus. We never looked back!
We believe in supporting the local economy, so we've furnished the villa using local suppliers and artisans-most of the furniture was made by a local carpenter. We want everyone who stays with us to feel at home and relaxed.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We fell in love with this area and the people, because to us, this is how England was when we were kids.
People are friendly and helpful and because they are so honest themselves they are trusting in return.
Our villa is in a quiet street, amongst local residents, but a short walk to the sea, the supermarkets, local shops and restaurants, and the main road where you can catch a Dolmas into town, so it is quite possible to stay here without need of a car.
We also love this location because it is easy to find again when you first arrive!
Unique benefits of the property
We love the peace and quiet, the privacy of the pool and terrace area,the changing face of the mountains during the day, the illumination of St. Hilarion Castle at night; we love lounging on the terrace and watching the para-gliders as they descend to the landing space nearby, and when we feel the need to exercise, it's a delight to stroll in the colourful and scented garden.
