| Bathrooms: | On the first floor there is a family bathroom with a corner bath (shower over) wash hand-basin and toilet. On the ground floor there is also a shower room with a separate shower cubicle, wash hand-basin and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Large modern kitchen, large pine family table and chairs, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, water cooler, air-conditioning. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. |
| Living Rooms: | Large living area, 3 and 2 seater sofas, 2 armchairs, rocking chair, coffee tables, TV with DVD player and DVDs. Furnished to high standards, I receive many compliments on the furnishings of my house. It is bright and cheerful and totally relaxing. |

There are plenty of sheets and towels for use. If you require them changing during your stay this can be organised and is payable locally. No beach towels are provided. |

The house is semi detached with patio garden to the back, the side and front are situated on a new complex with beautiful large communal pool and cafe.
There is also a small child's paddling pool and play area (swings and slide) in the secluded pool area.
Coast/Beach
Bogaz/Iskele area is famous for its miles of sandy beaches. Long Beach is quiet and peaceful, as it names states you can walk for miles on the beautiful golden sand. Silver Beach has more restaurants and water sports. However, if you want a beach with more life, then about 10 minutes drive towards Famagusta you will find Gapsde, its lively and fun. There are many more beaches too many to mention, just venture out there!
Travel
At present you still can not fly directly into Northern Cyprus without a stop over in Turkey of roughly 40 minutes. Alternatively you can fly to Larnaca on the South, and travel across the border. The bonus of this route is that you have a wider choice of airlines. Local Taxis and Car hire can be organised. Nearest is Ercan, 40 kilometres and Larnaca 60 kilometres.

Further details
Places you really must visit and are not really that far away, drive to the Kar Parz, take in the breathtaking views, see the wild donkeys and goats, then look at the most perfect and unspoilt beaches. If visiting at the right time, experience seeing the baby turtles. On the way there or back visit the olive oil factory, it’s full of history and you can even purchase some wonderful pure olive oil soap. Treat yourself to a spa day at Salamis Hotel, all very reasonably priced and is only about 10 minutes from the house.

About the owner
I fell in love with Northern Cyprus about 8 years ago. After many holidays at Palm Beach, decided to buy my own piece of heaven. I started with apartment in Famagusta, then 3 years ago saw the house i own now and that was it. It has everything that I wanted... views, peace and quiet and is just minutes from numerious beaches. I love to relax at lovely restaurants around Bogaz harbour of an evening watching the sun set. To wake up of a morning and to sit on the patios and just totally relax, seconds from the pool, which feels like your own private pool, my house is a ray of sunshine inside and out. I know everyone who has stayed there loves it and doesn't want to leave. I hope you have the chance to experience it for yourselves. Lorraine looks forward to hearing from you.

I have furnished my house as a home, so it has all the comforts of home and more. A car is needed, to reach all the beautiful beaches, which are minutes away and also to explore the lovely nearby ruins and villages. There is a large supermarket minutes away, also selling hot meals. So if you feel like relaxing with a bottle of chilled wine at the house, you need not worry about a lovely cooked meal. Also, the local restaurant does delivery service. You can totally chill as you have it all!
