Changeover day
Our preferred changeover day is Saturday, however,we are flexible and try to accommodate all bookings. We require all guests to vacate the property by 10am on day of departure. New arrivals can have access to the villa after 3pm.

| Living Rooms: | Large bright and airy open plan lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, 2 glass coffee tables, 32" flat screen TV & DVD player. CD player and radio. Collection of DVDs and books for your entertainment. Open plan dining room has large dining table and 6 chairs. |
| Other: | Lovely views over the pool from the lounge patio doors which open out onto the sunny front terrace. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Fresh linen is provided but you will need to bring your own towels. The villa and pool will be cleaned before your arrival by our friendly English management team Pete & Dee who live close by & who maintain the villa and pool to a high standard. |
Notes on accommodation
We ask that you please do not smoke in the villa. Should you require the cleaner to come in during your stay there will be an extra charge of 43 Euros payable directly to them. Use of the air- conditioning is included in the price, however, you will be charged extra if used excessively. There is a small childs bed (the folding camp bed style) and babies travelcot provided if required. We also have a pushchair / buggy and playpen available. Smoke alarms and fly-screens have been fitted in the villa. Also provided is a pay as you go mobile phone for your use during your stay, top up cards are widely available. All bedrooms have curtains and window blinds fitted. There is also a hairdryer and hair straighteners provided for your use.

Accessibility
Sorry but unfortunately the villa is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Front and rear gardens with large sunny patios and sunbathing areas. There is a large table and 6 chairs on front patio for alfresco dining. 6 sunloungers and umbrellas by the pool for your comfort whilst sunbathing. A further patio table and chairs are situated to the rear for more privacy. There is a lovely 8m x 4m private pool with shallow end and steps down. A selection of inflatables and games for the pool can be found in the outside storage box. The BBQ is at the rear of the property.
Coast/Beach
It is 7-10 mins drive to sandy Curium beach where you can watch the paragliding and 10-15 mins drive to the sandy Ladies Mile beach which has shallow bathing and is safe for children. Approx 15 mins drive in the other direction are the tourist beaches in Limassol. All the beaches have sunloungers, umbrellas and restaurants/tavernas. Fasouri waterpark is an excellent day out for all the family and is less than 10 mins drive.
Golf
There is a good selection of championship golf courses nearby with more planned in the near future.
Skiing
There are well established skiing facilities on Troodos mountains during the winter months.
Travel
We are approx 35/40 mins from Paphos airport and 50 mins from Larnaca airport. Kolossi village is away from the hustle and bustle so car hire is strongly recommended so that you can get out and about to use the surrounding village facilities and to explore the natural beauty of the island.
Further details
A selection of local amenities which include small supermarkets, pharmacy, bakers, petrol station, hairdressers, pizza, chinese restaurant & take-away all within walking distance. You will also find a bank, other take-aways and a selection of lovely local tavernas all within a short drive.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental cost is required to secure the booking. The full balance is required 8 weeks from travel date. We also require £100 key/damage deposit which will be returned 7 days after your return subject to damage. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of travel will require full payment.

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The villa was everything we hoped it would be and certainly had the wow factor. This was the first time we had stayed in a villa and all agreed that we couldn't imagine staying in a hotel again, a truly wonderful holiday. D Biggin Aug 06.
