Situated in the principal vine growing area of Cyprus, Pissouri is found approximately half way between Limassol and Paphos and is a great base from which to explore both places. Pissouri is one of those rare places in Cyprus which has managed to retain its traditional Cypriot character while adapting very successfully to welcoming visitors, and could be considered by those looking for a beach holiday, sightseeing break or golf enthusiasts alike. Pissouri extends from the traditional village on the hillside, down to the sheltered Bay with its clear blue sea. Split between two distinct communities each possesses a unique character and charm.

Notes on accommodation
This villa is a non smoking property.
All the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air-conditioning units (for heating and cooling) which are included in the price. A safety deposit box and hairdryer are available and a baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
Outside
Outside the 9 metre x 4 metre swimming pool (with walk in steps) is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside shower. A built in BBQ area with sink provide the perfect facilities for summer dining alfresco during the warm summer months.
Coast/Beach
The beach at Pissouri is the proud recipient of a blue flag award and boasts a shoreline that extends for two kilometres, from the protection of the Cape Aspro Cliffs in the west to the rockier Mavrorotsos area in the east. A handful of informal tavernas and restaurants offering a selection of local and international cuisine are found only 200 metres away along the fringe of the sand and shingle beach.
Golf
Two golf courses are within 10 minutes drive of Pissouri. Aphrodite Hills boasts the magnificent 18 hole championship golf course designed by acclaimed course architect, Cabell B Robinson whilst the Secret Valley Golf Course, offers an 18 hole championship course in a spectacular setting in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful sculpted rock formations. Further details
Approximately 4 kilometres inland is the hillside village of Pissouri, and at the heart of the village the charming pedestrianised square with a good array of tavernas and restaurants. A bank, post office, mini market and delicatessen are also found in the village. During the summer months a traditional Cypriot night takes place in the traffic free square, with the dancing and music enjoyed by visitors and locals alike.
The sights of Petra Tou Romiou (Aphrodites Rock), Kourium ampitheatre, Kolossi Castle and the World Heritage sites of Paphos are all within a 30 minute drive.

We had a fanstastic holiday at the Villa. The accommodation is superb, very clean, modern and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The pool area was lovely with a great covered area for when the sun got too hot. Very close to the beach, just a short amble along the road past some local tavernas. We had 7 adults and 1 child staying and we didnt feel crowded at all - there was plenty of space. The villa was so lovely my parents wanted to buy it! Very relaxing holiday - highly recommend!

'The villa itself was excellent. The 9 days spent in Pissouri were marvellous - a great backdrop for a wedding and made all the easier by being able to walk to the Columbia hotel for the ceremony and reception itself. I look forward to my next visit to Cyprus.'
