Wi Fi accessible in apartment and at various places in the resort. Access cards can be purchased for 25 euros for a week, 35 euros for two weeks or 50 euros for a month.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is immediately opposite the entrance to the resort; other beaches at Aphrodites Rock, Pissouri and Yeroskipou are within 10 to 15 minutes drive.

Golf
18 hole championship standard Aphrodite Hills course plus 3 practice holes and driving range, all on doorstep. Picturesque Secret Valley 18 hole Golf course only 3k away in next valley. 18 hole Tsada golf course in hills above Paphos c 30km. New Faldo designed Elea course 15 mins on way to Paphos.

Skiing
Skiing is possible in the Troodos mountains.

Paphos airport is 17km, approx 10-15 mins by car. Larnaca Airport is 112km, mostly motorway, approx 1hr 15mins drive.

About the owner
Simon Owner/Director of own company, an Independent Financial Adviser- main enjoyments in life are being with my wife and family, walking with my dog, a Westie, playing sport (cricket and golf mainly), eating and drinking, listening to music and going to the odd gig- and beach holidays! Elaine Head of International Compliance at major investment bank- not much spare time but main enjoyments similar to above, though keeping fit generally, not cricket and golf. We have two sons, aged 23 and 21, one working and one in last year at University.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Having holidayed in Cyprus a couple of times we already loved the climate, food and people- and the general ambience and variety of the island. In 2002 Aphrodite Hills was little more than a golf course with a luxury clubhouse and a couple of show villas. However it was clearly going to be a luxury development with a fantastic location and top class facilities. We were sure that rental customers would love the island and the venue as much as we did. We bought a three bed apartment off plan and a 1500sq.m plot. The apartment was completed in 2004 and we completed the building of our 4 bed villa in 2008.

Unique benefits of the property
The apartment has all mod cons and is easy walking distance of the Village Centre, right next to the golf club, golf driving range and practice holes, the tennis academy and the Retreat Health Spa. The large Helios Heights pool, with sunbeds, showers and children's pool, is under one minute from the front door. The villa, situated in the most peaceful area of the resort, is our sanctuary, with all the facilities we could need, lovely gardens that attract a variety of birds, great pool and barbecue and wonderful views out to sea. Our guests love the place-the fact that we have a number of repeat visitors speaks for itself!
