All the expected facilities of a luxury villa including air conditioning and WIFI, satellite TV showing Sky News and Premiership Football.

Prices are for up to 6 people renting the property per week.
Each additional person over 6 is charged £50 per week.
Electricity... please note that we include £100 per week allowance to cover the cost of electricity. This is quite enough to use appliances and air-conditioning in a sensible manner but costs over this will be charged to the security deposit.

| Bedrooms: | All Bedrooms have their own ensuite and individual air conditioning units. Four bedrooms have Kingsize beds with the fifth having two single beds. Plenty of storage in all bedrooms. Travel cot supplied. |
| Bathrooms: | All Bedrooms with en suite shower, wc and basin. Bedroom 3 has bath and shower. A separate cloakroom with wc and was basin is adjacent to the lounge. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted around a central island. Gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, electric ice maker, chilled water dispenser, deep fat fryer, food mixer, iron, ample cooking utensils, microwave. |
| Living Rooms: | Large lounge with a 42inch flat screen television complete with satellite TV giving access to Premiership football and Sky News a DVD, a Nintendo Wii with a selection of games and music centre. Open fireplace and contemporary leather sofas. |
| Other: | Open plan dining hall with glass table and ten chairs set underneath a contemporary chandelier for formal dining and with sliding patio doors to pool area and terrace looking out to sea. High Chair supplied. |

Towels and linen are included. Towels are also provided for the relaxers. The Villa will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival. A mid term clean can be provided at extra cost. |

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms, the kitchen and lounge are air-conditioned. More pictures and information can be seen on the owners website (see link below). We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury arising out of your use of the villa or during your stay in Northern Cyprus however caused. Please note this is a no smoking villa. 25% deposit secures the villa. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival plus a £500 refundable security deposit.
Accessibility
Not adapted for wheelchairs. The Villa can be accessed via 4 steps at one end of the pool area. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor.
Outside
Eight relaxers complete with cushions, Eight seater table and chairs with a further 8 chairs and two small tables. Hammock on the large upstairs balcony. Barbecue. Private infinity pool with blow up toys.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes drive to Escape beach which is the most popular. Several other sandy beaches within a short drive.
Golf
First Class Korineam Golf Club approximately 20 minutes drive
Travel
Larnaca in the South is approximately 1hr 20mins from the Villa.
The closest international airport is Ercan in the North and around 30 mins to the Villa
A hire car is recommended to enjoy the island.
Distances
A three minute walk takes you to the Hideaway Club with its Bar and Restaurant. Kyrenia is 3 miles off. The beautiful village of Karmi is 5 minutes drive. All main sightseeing areas are only a short drive.
Further details
There is a large choice of Supermarkets within a 5 minute drive from the Villa. Eating out is a delightful experience in Northern Cyprus and a full list of recommended restaurants is provided together with telephone numbers. A local mobile phone is provided to save on costly UK mobile charges (this may require a small top up at the local supermarket).
Booking notes
Airport Transfers and car hire can be arranged.25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the Villa.A security deposit of £500 is required.
