Cyprus offers a wide choice of activities too suit all, swimming in there clear blue seas many archeology sites to explore and several golfing courses. Children are also catered for at Paphos aquarium sea life centre and water park. Fun is to be enjoyed by all.

Notes on accommodation
Situated on the second floor. Air-conditioning is included in the price of apartment. Excessive use of air conditioning will incurr an additional charge. Air-conditioning also has heating for the winter months.oil filled heaters also available.
Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the second floor which is not suitable for infirm and wheelchair users.
Outside
Large private verandah has table and chairs and an umbrella. The swimming pool is shared. The balcony is large enough to use sunbeds which are stored underneath the bed if you do not want to go down to pool area. The pool area has sunloungers.
Coast/Beach
Paphos beach is a 15 mins walk or Coral bay is a short drive away. New horse riding stsbles at Aphrodite hills complex is 20 mins drive and a fabulous day to explore fantastic views from horse back.
Golf
There are four championship golf courses in the area they are Secret Valley at petra tou Romiou which is a 18 hole course par 71 and measures 6060m. Minithis Hills 18 hole Par 72 and measures 5904m. Aphrodite Hills stunning 18 hole international standard course Par 71 measures 6665m. New Nick Faldo 18 hole on Elea Estate at Geroskipou and there is also a Golf Driving Range between Paphos and Coral Bay.

Scuba Diving is very popular in the area and there is many Scuba Diving Schools.
Travel
Paphos airport is the nearest and can be reached by car in 20 mins. Use of car is required if you wish to explore the Island.Taxi pickup can be arranged on request from airport. Car hire is available from local recommended car hire company in Paphos town.

About the owner
Hi I bought in Cyprus about ten years ago after holidaying there and fell in love with the place. I love the area the apartment is in as it is in an award winning area with a mixture of permanent residents and holiday makers. I love to here how my guests enjoyed their stay at my apartment and hope that enjoyed it as much as we do. We dread our last days holidays in the apartment as we hate closing the door and coming home. We have excellent people who look after our guests and apartment whilst we are not there which is an added bonus.
Unique benefits of the property
We love our large balcony which gets the sun all day which is useful for people who are sun worshippers who do not want to go down to our lovely pool. We are close to shops and bars and the local bars welcome us and our guests back every year. I found this year a fantastic riding centre in Curium which is a half hour drive from Paphos. I found this centre had more to offer than previous centres and great horses and staff definitely a visit and when finishing riding out there it is situated on a fantastic beach to relax on for the rest of the day.
