Notes on prices
Charges are based on 2 people, per week. There is an additional charge of £25pw for each additional person. A refundable damage and electricity deposit of £150 per booking is also required. The intitial deposit required is 20% of the total and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.

Outside
The patio doors of the lounge and the en-suite bedroom lead directly on to the spacious terrace. There is a private swimming pool (8x4) with roman steps, 4 sunbeds, 6 chairs and parasols. The landscsaped garden is planted with a good selection of mediterranean flowering shrubs and fruit trees, with fruit available to eat in season. There is further terracing at the side of the villa with access from the kitchen. BBQ is also provided
Coast/Beach
There are a selection of beaches within very close distance of the property all with excellent amenities. Korfez beach is 5 mins walk from the property and has excellent facilities including cafe and restaurant. Popular Accapulco beach is 5 mins drive with bars, casinos and full amenities and water sports for the more energetic.
Travel
The local airport is Ercan which is a 30 minute drive. Larnaca airport can also be used but allow 1hr30mins for transfers. *Car hire and airport transfers can be arranged if required(advisable).
Distances
Kyrenia is about 5 mins by car. Nicosia is about 30 minutes by car. Famagusta is about 1hr30mins by car. *times are approximate. Local bus service is accesible from within 1/2 a kilometer. Taxis are readily available and quite cheap to use.

Extensive information is to be found on arrival within the property. Banks, supermarkets, restaurants and historic sites are all within 10 minutes drive.
