2 balconies, full set of patio furniture, sun loungers and parasols, good sized communal pool. Ample car parking available in complex.
Coast/Beach
Short walk (only 10 to 15 mins) to several pretty local beaches and lovely harbour. A newly finished footpath runs along all the sea front. Beautiful Coral Bay beach around 20 mins by car, with many smaller beaches between.
Spectacular pebble beach and rocks at Aphrodities Rock just past the airport on way to Limassol.
Golf
Close to three championship golf courses. All within 20 mins by car.
Skiing
Skiing in the Troodos Mountains with snow usually between January - March.
Travel
15 mins drive from Paphos airport (taxi approx = 32 Euro).
Distances
Paphos town centre and harbour, with its shops, restaurants and nightlife is only 10 mins walk away. Many archeological sites around Paphos. Bus stop opposite if you don't want to drive, with cheap prices 1€ to harbour, only 2€ to airport.
Further details
Restaurants of many types and nationality in Kato Paphos, including amoungst others: Greek (of course) Indian, Chinese, Italian, Brazilian and British. Many bars also along appropriately named "bar Street". Plenty of shops, with more including department stores, such as Debenhams available in Paphos town centre (about 1.5 miles inland from Kato Paphos)

20% of total cost to secure booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Deposits are non refundable. There is also a £100 key holder deposit which will be returned after property inspection.
