The villa is a beautiful Mediterranean / Ottoman style set in its own professionally landscaped gardens with large private 10x5 metre overflow swimming pool. Furnished to a very high standard, air conditioned throughout it offers super accommodation for up to 6 people. The owners Bev and Steve will welcome you to the villa on arrival and are on call for emergencies, a generous welcome pack is standard and guest information book.

Changeover day
Change over days are flexible, we ask that one days notice be given to allow the villa to be cleaned for our incoming guests.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with a large king size bed, fully fitted wardrobes, and dressing table, beautiful bay window with Roman blinds, balcony overlooking the sea. Bedroom 2 with twin beds fitted wardrobes and balcony. Bedroom 3 with double bed and fitted wardrobes. |
| Bathrooms: | Bedroom 1 is en suite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the family bathroom which has a wc, wash hand basin, bath/shower over the bath. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, 4 piece toaster, water cooler. Table and chairs, crockery, and glassware. There is a clothes airer, torch and candles in case of a power cut and first aid kit. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge/dining room has two very comfortable three piece suites, for your entertainment there is a TV, DVD player, and radio. There is a large dining room table with seating for 8 persons. Fully fitted fly screens allow a breeze through the villa. |
| Other: | Outside there is a large purpose built covered BBQ area with mahogony chairs and table. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels are provided for guests but we ask that you bring your own beach towels. There is a change of bed linen and the villa is cleaned once a week. Utilities, electricity gas and water are all included in the rental. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa has full central heating and air conditioning throughout, ground floor guest toilet with sink unit. From the lounge, french doors lead to a furnished patio, the pool and covered purpose built BBQ area for al fresco dining, or you can relax and enjoy a cool drink or dip in the pool, we have provided comfortable pine loungers and armchairs for your enjoyment.
Guests are kindly asked not to smoke in the villa.

Outside
The 10 x 5 mtr private swimming pool has an overflow system which keeps it clean during the day, the pool is serviced twice a week in the summer and once a week in the winter. Steps allow easy access to the pool, there is outside lighting in and around the pool and on the driveway. A large terrace for sunbathing, pine loungers, umberellas and mattresses are provided. There is a garage to keep your car cool and ample parking for at least three cars.
Coast/Beach
There is a small sandy beach approx 5 minutes drive from the villa, safe for children, swimming and diving. As you travel further North along the island deserted beaches can be found.
Golf
A new championship golf course has recently opened about 15 minutes from the villa close to Escentepe. Steve is a member and can advise you on prices Etc.
Travel
Northern Cyprus is served by Ercan airport, pronounced Erchan. Transfer time is approx 35 minutes from the airport, car hire is recommended. Please contact us if we can assist with travel arrangements. If flying from the UK aircraft normally land in Turkey for refuelling. We can offer advice on airlines who fly into the TRNC.
Distances
The villa is situated in Ozankoy, 2 miles East of Girne. The village boasts a number of restaurants serving traditional and European cuisine. There is a well stocked reasonably priced mini market less than a mile away, and only a five minute drive to a larger supermarket (lemar) where you can purchase many international brands of food and drink. The main town Girne, (Kyrenia) is only 5 minutes drive away. Sterling is accepted and the Cypriots drive on the left.
Further details
Walking – The area around Kyrenia is ideal for walking and hiking for people of all ages and abilities. The most popular routes are in the Kyrenia Mountain range.
Scuba Diving – The waters surrounding Northern Cyprus make for some of the best scuba diving in the world.
Museums- The oldest commercial ship wreck was found a few miles from Kyrenia Harbour (Dated 300 BC) and is now displayed in the castle museum in Kyrenia.
Paragliding - is a relatively new sport but the geography of Northern Cyprus is well suited to the sport.
Go Karting - There is an excellent go karting track north of Kyrenia.
Horse Riding – There are several centres for horse riding,
we strongly recommend the Catalkoy riding club, it is English run and provides the highest standards of facilities and tuition for the novice or experienced rider.
Cycling – Mountain Bikes can be hired in Kyrenia.
A visit to Northern Cyprus would not be complete without visiting the spectacular harbour in Kyrenia (Girne) This charming town hides a horseshoe shaped harbour where quaint little buildings huddle beneath the ramparts of a byzantine castle and fishing boats lie motionless in the sea. There are many bars and restaurants for relaxing and enjoying the views it has to offer.
