All the villas are of unique character and charm designed for the discerning individuals seeking 5 star quality and service. The location has been carefully chosen for its confined attributes privacy, access, services, amenities and aesthetics. Conveniently situated on the outskirts of Oroklini village with some stunning views to the countryside and the sea (2.5km) in the background. They are situated in a secluded area with private road and access to residents and their guests only. The village itself which is within walking distance offers a range of shops, a supermarket, banks, chemist, laundry and dry cleaners, bakeries, gym, bowling. Some parts of the village have been restored to the original traditional style and boasts some fine rustic restaurants and bars. Wedding groups are welcome.

Once you had enough of sunbathing around your private pool,
Oroklini beach is only 2.5 km away and umprellas and sunbeds can be hire for as little as 4 euro for the whole day.

Travel
Larnaca Airport is 20 minutes away.

Distances
Oroklini public beach with some fine hotels is only five minutes away (2.5 km) and the center of Larnaca fifteen. The International Airport is 20 minutes, Ayia Napa 20 minutes and Nicosia can be reached within thirty minutes, Limassol 45 and the Troodos Mountains in an hour.

How to reach Regina's Exclusive Villas from Larnaca International airport.

1. On exiting the airport, Join the motorway (A3) initially signposted for Nicosia (Lefkosia), Limassol (Lemesos).
2. Stay on the A3 motorway following signs for Agia Napa.
3. Leave the A3 at junction 58 signed for Oroklini. (Voroklini).
4. Follow the road straight for 1.5 km until you reach the chemist and the Bank of Cyprus on your left.
5. After about 70m turn right – Immediately the road splits into two - bear right (Take care here as some people make the mistake to follow the other road into the old village.)
6. 320 m you will go past the cemetery on your Left another 200 m a block of flats “The Mediterranean Sunrise” on your right.
7. Immediately after the flats(keep the flats on your right) turn right into Regina’s Exclusive Villas. This is a development of 10 independent villas in their own street. Your villa is part of this developement.
8. Villa Royal Carine is the last villa on your right after the tennis courts.
The Caretakers House is the first villa on the left as you enter the development. The owner lives on the last villa on the Left.

From Paphos Airport - Join the motorway (A6) for Lemesos (Limassol) going into A1 for Lefcosia and off to A5 for Larnaca. On approaching Larnaca Join A3 then as above.

Regina’s Exclusive Villas are licensed by the CTO and owned and managed by John & Regina Xydas. The owners and a caretaker live on the premises and are ready to assist their clients at all times. John (Cypriot) and Regina (French), met in the U.K while studying Hotel management. In 1979 after getting married they return to Cyprus.

About the owner
The owners. Regina’s Exclusive Villas are licensed by the CTO and owned and managed by John & Regina Xydas and their daughter Sylvia. The owners and some of the staff live on the premises and are ready to assist their clients at all times. John, (Cypriot) and Regina (French), met in the U.K whilst studying Hotel management. In 1979 after getting married they returned to Cyprus. John for almost thirty years was a general manager of some of the leading five & four star hotels in Cyprus. He also held various honorary posts in professional and trade Associations, like vice-chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, the Hotel Managers Association etc. In 2005 they started their own business. Sylvia was educated in a private English school in Cyprus and studied Graphic Design in France.

Just a note to say thank you for looking after us so well while we were unexpectedly held up by the ash cloud. Still, as we said, we were 'stranded in paradise' and could enjoy your lovely villa for even longer. We have been back for almost a month and have very fond memories of our time there. We are coming back next year. The villa and the facilities were fantastic, The service and hospitality superb! We will return. Davies, North London.
