Conveniently situated on the outskirts of Oroklini village with some stunning views to the countryside and the sea (2.5km) in the background. They are situated in a secluded area with private road and access to residents and their guests only. The village itself which is within walking distance offers a range of shops, including organic produce, a supermarket, bank, chemist, laundry and dry cleaners, bakery, gym, an animal ranch with horse rides and even go-carting. Some parts of the village have been restored to the original traditional style and boasts some fine rustic restaurants and bars.

Notes on accommodation
All the villas are licensed by the Cyprus Tourism Organisation and are situated in a secluded, tranquil area with private road and access to residents and their guests only.
The Royal Villas are situated in a privileged position with views to mature gardens and in addition feature a sauna, washing machine, hairdryer, stereo and have 24 hours free internet access (please bring your laptop) Royal Villas are cleaned twice a week and also receive a complimentary welcome pack.

Coast/Beach
Once you had enough of sunbathing around your private pool,
Oroklini beach is only 2.5 km away and umprellas and sunbeds can be hire for as little as 4 euro for the whole day.
Travel
Larnaca Airport is 20 minutes away.
Distances
Oroklini public beach with some fine hotels is only five minutes away (2.5 km) and the center of Larnaca fifteen. The International Airport is 20, Ayia Napa and Nicosia can be reached within thirty minutes, Limassol 45 and the Troodos Mountains in an hour.
Further details
How to reach Regina's exclusive villas from Larnaca International airport - At the first round about, just outside the airport, turn right towards Larnaca. At the first roundabout(with a fountain in the middle) turn left following directions to Nicosia. Follow the main road which after five minutes drive it will take you outside Larnaca and through Aradippou village. At the fourth round about, which is a large round about after passing the Police station on your left, take the third exit direction to AYIA NAPA. Turn left at the third exit towards Oroklini (VOROKLINI) Village. Follow the road straight until you reach the chemist and the Bank of Cyprus on your left. After about 100m at the next junction turn right (Take care here as some people make the mistake to follow the road into the old village.) Once you turn right follow the road straight and once you are outside the Village, you will see a block of flats, The Mediterranean Sunrise. Keep the flats on your right and it will lead you straight into Regina’s Exclusive Villas.
