Luxury 2 bedroom ground floor apartment on much sought after prestigious development. The modern luxury apartment sleeps 5 plus 1 infant (maximum 4 adults), and has 2 bedrooms (1 king size/1 twin), 2 shower rooms with large walk in showers (1 en-suite in master bedroom). The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, providing you with all your home comforts. An iron and ironing board are at your disposal. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, microwave and toaster and is fully air conditioned, and also has ceiling fans. A safety deposit box is also provided. We supply each party member with a beach towel for use during your stay. The ground floor location and large walk-in shower makes it accessible for all ages it has a large terrace with a view of the pool area. The focal point is the swimming pool with ornamental bridge, trees and shrubs. In addition there is a children’s pool. For your peace of mind There is a local contact for any maintenance issues that may arise.

Accessibility
Ground floor apartment with walk in showers, steps from the rear terrace may be difficult to manoevre with a wheelchair.
Pool is accesible by alternative flatter route.
Outside
The communal 25m pool is attractive, and looks great lit up in the evening. There are 5 sun loungers for use on the terrace or poolside. Also there is a shallow kiddies pool.
For added safety, we have recently added a gate to the outdoor terrace, to give parents piece of mind, near the pool.
Coast/Beach
8 mins walk to the Paphos Municipal beach. The popular Coral Bay beach is a 15 min bus ride.
Also 2 miles to Geroskipou Beach which is great for children, and can be reached on the waterpark bus.
Golf
3 golf courses in the Paphos region, within a 20 - 30 minute drive. Minthis Hills, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley.
Further course to open in 2009 in Geroskipou (5-10 mins drive).
Skiing
Seasonal Skiing available in the Troodos Mountains.
Special interest holidays
Wedding parties welcome, and we may be able to provide additional accomodation in neighbouring apartments, subject to availability.
Travel
15km to Paphos International airport, around 15 mins by car.
Distances
Aphrodite Water Park is a 10 min bus ride or 5 min drive. Paphos Old Town and market is a short bus ride away or 10 min by car.
Further details
The nearest shop is within 150m. The main restaurant area of Kato Paphos is 5 mins walk, Tomb of the Kings area is a 15 min walk. There are a number of banks and ATMs in the resort. Pambis diner and Apomero Taverna, are both within 200m.
Booking notes
I require a deposit of £100 per week of the booking (this deposit is strictly non-refundable). A breakage deposit of £150 per week is payable 8 weeks before your holiday, with your final balance. This deposit will be refunded if there are no serious breakages or misuse of the property. Air/con is included.

Yes, I did have a fantastic holiday thank you. I loved your apartment, I don't think I ever want to stay in a hotel again. I loved sitting on the terrace in the early morning (in the shade) and in the evening, looking at the stars and just enjoying being alive. Aren't your neighbours nice?
I adored Paphos, especially the harbour area, we ate lunch at Theos and the Pelican (can recommend both highly) ate some delicious dinners, but can't remember any of the names of the restaurants, just the food and the so friendly staff.
We went to the Troodos mountains and on a cruise, but the rest of the time we read, swam, visited the harbour, relaxed and enjoyed your Cyprus home. I don't know when I was last so happy and at peace with the world.

About the owner
My name is Mandy, and I have been married to Tony since 1982. We have 2 daughters.
We first visited Paphos in 2004, and we were not planning on buying property there at that time, however we returned in 2005, with that aim in mind, and have owned our lovely apartment since January 2006. I think we chose Paphos, because the weather is ideal and paphos never really closes up, there are always plenty of restaurants and bars to visit no matter what time of year you visit. It is a foodies paradise, and we are still finding delightful new restaurants to try.
I appreciate the driving on the left, the courtesy and warmth of the Cypriot people, and English is universally spoken. Tony and I live and work in the North of England, and escape to Paphos whenever we can.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We chose our apartment, because although it is in a quiet residential area, it is in easy walking distance of the heart of the resort, therefore hiring a car is optional. There is a lovely pool area which is never overcrowded, as there is plenty of space for sunbeds.
We also liked the idea of a 2nd shower making the property ideal for families or 2 couples, wanting privacy. We also felt that the communal areas were noticeably well maintained and cared for.
There is a kiosk around 150m away, where you can but milk, newspapers, ice cream etc, and the ice cream van
Tony and I love eating out, and Paphos excels itself in its choice of restaurants and tavernas.
Paphos is also convenient as a base for touring, and is in easy reach of the airport, which is around 15 - 20 minutes drive.
Unique benefits of the property
We love our property, because for us it is ideally located, and it is great to have a king size bed, and an ensuite shower room, and in the cooler evenings we will use the satellite TV and wifi, while we while away the hours. We have everything we need, the apartment is well equipped, and has both ceiling fans and air conditioning for hot or cool air.
We like to have breakfast on the large Terrace, taking in the atmosphere.
