Villa Jasmine is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, air-conditioned villa with a private swimming pool & pool lift. The villa, in the traditional village of Peyia, has panoramic sea views and is conveniently placed, 25 mins drive from Paphos Airport, 15 mins drive from Paphos town, 5 mins drive to the beach. Accommodation includes double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a further fully wheelchair accessible bathroom. There’s a well equipped kitchen and private roof terrace accessed by stairs, with stunning views. The villa has been tastefully decorated to a high standard, with original artwork throughout. It is very well equipped, with comfortable furniture, TV with DVD player, and a CD-player in the spacious open plan living area. Children are very welcome and there are children’s toys, books and DVDs, baby bath, children’s crockery and cups.

Long winter breaks: just £1400 per month from November to February. (Conditions apply and excludes laundry and cleaning costs - please contact me for details).
Changeover day
Bookings are usually taken Wednesday-Wednesday, but I will try to be as flexible as possible to fit in with your ideal travel plans.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen/dining area has a large dining table to sit six. Patio doors lead to the back garden where you'll find olive, orange and lemon trees. The kitchen is well equipped with oven/ hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. |
| Living Rooms: | The light and airy open-plan living room leads directly out to the pool terrace and has lovely sea views. It is comfortably furnished in a modern Mediterranean style. You will find a music system, TV and DVD player, and a selection of books and games. |

Accessibility
The villa has been designed for wheelchair users: Swimming pool lift. No stairs. 900mm doors. Ramps/grab rails where required. Adapted bathroom (non-slip tiles, special shower with fold down seat, non-pedestal basin). Lowered switches/raised sockets. Bed blocks on request. Lowered wardrobes rails. Raised sunbed for easy transfer from w/chair. We can arrange hire of medical equip./carers..
Outside
Villa Jasmine is set in a large garden, with private swimming pool (including swimming pool lift for disabled guests). We have provided sun loungers, a patio furniture set, and a large sun umbrella. The garden can be lit at night with lights around the pool area. The garden was professionally designed and has a good variety of scented Mediterranean plants, fruit trees and herbs (which you are welcome to cook with!). There is a large roof terrace, accessed by stairs, which makes a very good spot for private sunbathing or an early evening drink looking over the orange groves, towards the sea! There is a driveway with parking for several cars.
Coast/Beach
A 5 minute drive brings you to Coral Bay, which is a safe, wheelchair accessible beach (steep access though, some people may find it too tricky). With its calm shallow waters and wide selection of water sports it is ideal location for family holidays.
Golf
There are two non-member 18-hole championship golf courses in Cyprus, both in the Paphos area - the Tsada Golf club, part of the historic Stavros tis Minthis monastery, and the Secret Valley Golf club, which in a spectacular valley setting.
Travel
Paphos airport is a 30 minute drive from the villa. Car hire is recommended, but it is only a 4 minute drive into the centre of Peyia, and 5 minutes drive to Coral Bay village.
Oberon, who manage the villa, have a 7 seater car available to hire.

Further details
Peyia itself offers a good selection of traditional tavernas, shops and small bars, and borders the magnificent national park of the Akamas peninsula. Also nearby is the tiny, unspoilt fishing village of Agios Georgios.
Coral Bay Village has a variety of excellent restaurants, bars and shops. The villa’s location offers the best of both worlds: the peace and beauty of the Mediterranean countryside yet with all the amenities of a tourist resort close by.

Deposit required is 30% of the total booking cost, with the balance due 6 weeks before departure.
