Notes on accommodation
The villa has been bought and furnished in late summer of 2010. All rooms have AC units and most feature ceiling fans. The villa's mature garden provides natural shade under its olive and pine trees so you can enjoy outdoors even during the hottest hours of the summer.

10 minutes drive to closest beach. Many sandy uncrowded beaches run the coastline that features some impressive castles.
Golf
Korineum Golf & Country Club is half an hour drive away. It is the first 18 holes golf course in Northern Cyprus.
Special interest holidays
Walking tours are organized in Karmi village which is within 10 minutes walking distance. Since the villa is located on the outskirts of the Besparmak mountains hiking is possible. Paragliding is also gaining momentum which is practiced at nearby St. Hilarion Castle.

45 mins from Ercan Airport. 1 hour and 25 mins from Larnaca Airport.
Distances
Karmi (Karaman) village center is 10 minute walk away. Kyrenia is 10 minutes driving away.
Further details
Closest restaurants are found in Karmi which is within 10 minutes of walking distance. Supermarkets as well as ATMs can be found in Karaoglanoglu. Other than water sports paragliding and golf can be practiced within half hour driving.
Booking notes
25% deposit of total is required to confirm the booking. Confirmation of booking and receipt of payment will be made by e-mail. Full balance is required 8 weeks before departure. A deposit of £100 is returned within 10 days after the end of your holiday.
