Fully furnished and equipped to a high standard and with almost everything you should need to ensure that you will have an enjoyable holiday. Located on a small private complex in the popular Universal residential area, but still within easy walking distance to beaches, numerous shops, bars, restaurants and tourist sites - an ideal base from which to explore Paphos. We also own a luxury 1 bedroom apartment 5 minute walk from this one.

Notes on prices
Discount of £30 off normal rates if air con is not required during June - Sept. Rental cost is per apartment. Minimum Deposit required on booking is £150. Balance payable 10 weeks prior to holiday, plus refundable security charge of £50 (charge may vary according to length of stay/number of guests). Security charge is refunded after holiday if no damages/excess charges. Linen & towels supplied for 4 people. Extra linen/towels £15 per person. Special rates for Long lets.
Changeover day
Flexible. The apartment will usually be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and occasionally guests may have to vacate by 12pm on the day of departure. All times/dates are negotiable and depend on bookings prior to and after your stay.

Please note that we do not have a lift and the stairs may not be suitable for some disabilities. Travel cot available. There is a 24-hour emergency contact in Paphos.

Outside
The large balcony has lighting and patio furniture so you can sit and enjoy eating and drinking alfresco day or night. It has an open sunny area and also a partially covered, shady area. It overlooks a good sized L shaped swimming pool (shared) which is lit up after dark. There are private pool-side changing rooms/showers & toilets (complex use only). The apartment has 4 sun loungers, 2 fold-up chairs, 4 patio chairs, 1 sun chair. The apartment is a very popular choice, which has had guests returning. We aim to please.
Coast/Beach
The sea front is approx 15-20 mins walk, or 5 mins by car. Here you find beaches, shops, numerous bars and restaurants. The popular harbour area is about 25 mins walk. The "Tomb of Kings Rd" is approx 20 mins walk where more bars & restuarants are located. Coral Bay beach is approx 15 mins away by car/bus.
Golf
There are 3 world class 18 hole championship golf courses within a 20 mins to 30 mins drive (approx). TSADA Golf Club par 72, measuring 6,060m 20 mins drive away. Aphrodite Hills Golf Course par 70/71 measures 6,232m (approx 17km East of Paphos). Secret valley Golf Course Club par 72. Measures 6,120m, panoramic views (approx 18km East of Paphos).
Skiing
About an hour's drive from Paphos are the Troodos Mountains. Here you will find a range of different activities throughout the year, including skiing or snowboarding in winter.
Travel
Transfer time approx 15 mins from Paphos Airport. Cost approx 30 Euro each way by taxi payable to driver. Details of car hire given on request.

Further details
Paphos has something for everyone to enjoy. There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants and an abundance of historical sites to visit within a short distance from the apartment e.g. the Tombs of the Kings (World Heritage Site), medieval fort and Roman mosaics. The harbour is a popular area where daily boat trips can be hired. Among the other popular activities to be found in the region are water sports (including diving and snorkelling, windsurfing, jet ski and water skiing). Deep sea and fresh water fishing, jeep safaris, village bus tours, walking tours, carting, tennis, bowling, nature trails, horse riding, climbing, abseiling, para gliding, a water park, golf, bike trails, aquarium and snake park.
Booking notes
Air/con, heating & linen included. Deposit of £100 or 25% (whichever is greatest) is payable at the time of booking. Balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure. We regret that the balance cannot be refunded for any cancellations made after this period unless we are able to re-book the apartment. There is a refundable security charge of £50. This is payable at the time of booking & will be refunded within 2 weeks of the return of keys, less any expense incurred (i.e. damage/missing items).
