This luxury villa is situated in an award winning development set at the foot of the Kyrenia mountain range with beautiful sea views and sunsets. Fully air-conditioned villa with private pool. Outside leads directly to the pool area (all on one level) with ample shading including two pergolas, sunbeds and alfresco dining with a top of the range gas BBQ. There is WiFi, SKY satellite flat screen TV (all UK channels), CD and DVD player (over 100 films), CDs, DVDs, books and games (plenty of pool toys and games for the kids to be entertained including a playstation). There is a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board and a chilled water dispenser. An extra large cool-box and portable BBQ is provided for trips to the beach. If you fancy walking in the mountains there is a gate at the rear of the garden that gives you direct access. Shops, restaurants, beaches and championship golf course are 2-10 minutes away. Golf clubs are available free of charge.

Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for mobility impaired people.

Outside
10x5m private pool 1.1m deep. Outdoor furniture with dining for 6, 2 pergola areas that provide extra shade, parasols, sunbeds, hammock, gas BBQ, charcoal BBQ, pool games and inflatables. Garden areas with palm trees and gate at rear of garden that leads directly to mountain walks. A spiral staircase takes you up to the extensive 1st floor terrace area where there is a further table and chairs to relax while taking in the dramatic scenery. This terrace is also accessible from the master bedroom. There is ample parking available with a turning area and large garage to keep the car shaded.

Coast/Beach
There is a local beach that is walking distance and a public beach with a value for money restaurant just 10 mins drive. This is known as Turtle Beach as they lay their eggs here every year and hatch over the summer months in the evening - a must see for the kids and adults alike.

Golf
Spectacular championship golf course just 5 mins drive - The Korineum Golf and Country Club - you will not be disappointed. It is regarded as being the best on the island by a long way. Golf clubs available at the villa free of charge.

Travel
Nearest airport is Ercan (35mins) and then Larnaca (75mins). Transfers can be arranged from either airport directly to the villa. Car hire can also be arranged which is essential in North Cyprus delivered directly to the villa.

Distances
Nearest village is Esentepe 7km with many restaurants, supermarkets, shopping etc. The best restaurants however are only 2 or 3 mins drive from the villa. Kyrenia harbour is a 25 min drive and Famagusta 30 mins. If you fancy a trip to the spectacular Karpas Penninsula pack the cool box as it is about 1 1/2 hours - but well worth the trip!

Places to visit in North Cyprus include the crusader castles (Kyrenia, St Hilarion, Buffavento & Kantara), Bellapais Abbey, Old Nicosia, the Walled Town of Famagusta, Ancient Salamis, Turtle beaches and Apostolos Andreas Monastery in the Karpas Peninsula. Activities include paragliding from the Kyrenia Mountain Range, Scuba Diving, Fishing Trips, Pleasure Cruises, Water Parks, Tennis, Golf, Quad Biking, Cycling, Jeep Tours, Walking, 10 pin Bowling, Turtle Watching, Water Sports. But of course that main thing most people do here is just relax!
