This second floor, spacious, one bedroom apartment in a new development with lift, sea views, large balcony and communal swimming pool. Set in the peaceful village of Mazotos an easy to find 15 minute drive from Larnaca airport. Mazotos is an unspoilt village which holds a traditional weekend market but also has a couple of very useful supermarkets, a bank (with ATM) and a bar. While the location of the resort is tranquil, more vibrant nightlife is available in the heart of Larnaca, a 20 minute drive from the apartment. There are a variety of beaches just a short drive away offering watersports, restaurants and beachside bars. It is the perfect location to explore the culture that southern Cyprus has to offer, both modern and historic. The apartment is fully furnished to a high quality with all the facilities you would need for four people to enjoy a happy holiday including air-conditioning. Airport pick-ups can be arranged.

Notes on accommodation
Very comfortably furnished containing all you need except beach towels and your clothes. A cot and high chair can be arranged at additional charge.
We ask that the property be left in a clean state when leaving and that all air-conditioning units are left off when you are out of the apartment as they do cool the apartment quite quickly when switched back on.

Outside
Shared swimming pool with sun loungers provided around. Undercover parking. The communal areas are well maintained.
Coast/Beach
There are lots of beaches close by, some only a 5 minute drive away.
Golf
New golf course planned within 10 minute drive.
Skiing
Skiing available between January and March in Troodos Mountains about a 1 hour drive from the apartment.
Travel
Larnaca airport is only a 15 minute drive. Hiring a car is recommended due to the variety of things to do and see in the area from boat trips to skiing. Driving is on the left, roads are quiet and the road signs are in English. We can recommend a good, cheap car rental company so don't forget to ask!
Distances
Mazotos village is a three minute walk. A 10 minute drive will take you to the larger neighbouring villages of Kiti and Pervolia, with their shops, restaurants and internet cafe.
Further details
Mazotos contains a couple of small supermarkets for essentials with larger supermarkets to be found in Larnaca. Larnaca also offers boat trips for fishing, diving and sightseeing and a lively nightlife with its clubs and restaurants.

A £50 deposit per week to reserve a booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.

We have returned from a fantastic two weeks in Mazatos. Your apartment was first class, the maintenance of the grounds and pool you could not fault. The only comment about the apartment is that it could do with a rubber
non-slip mat for when taking a shower, other than that it was perfect. Thank

The property is quite new. I bought this apartment off plan as a holiday place for myself but have now moved to Australia so haven't seen the completed version.

Unique benefits of the property
Imagine sitting out on a second floor balcony, cool breeze blowing over you as you sip your wine gazing out over the swimming pool and Mediterranean. The village is small enough to be friendly while big enough to have all necessary shopping/banking facilities and in a great location to take advantage of the sights and sounds of the real Cyprus. Beaches 5 minutes away, skiing one hour away with quiet little restaurants tucked away by the oceans and good nightlife available within 20 minutes in Larnaca.
