Swimming pool and deck are equipped with sunbeds and parasols with panoramic views of sea, mountains and the historic abbey of Bellapais, situated in a very popular area ideal for walking holidays or just chill on one of the many beaches. Car hire is advisable. Ercan airport is 40 minutes drive.

Private gated garden suitable for children. The bedrooms are duel air conditioned all have fitted wardrobes.
Outside
The terrace and gardens are furnished for alfresco dining with a stone built barbecue for all your outdoor cooking. Sunbeds are provided for your relaxation. From the garden you access the pool 16 x 7 metres sunbeds and parasols are provided. Views of the sea, mountains and the historic abbey at Bellapais.
Coast/Beach
The local Diana and Chatalkoy beaches are within 10 minutes drive Turtle Beach is about 20 minutes drive. All are excellent for swimming and sun bathing. Most of the beaches have bar/restaurants. The newly refurbished Shayna Beach is for the younger generation with live music 3/4 nights a week.
Golf
The new Korinium Golf and Country Club about 15 minutes drive. A very good course. A set of clubs are available if you
should require them.
Travel
Ercan is the nearest airport about 35 minutes drive. Taxi's are available or collection can be arranged. Larnaca airport is 1 hour 30 minutes drive. Transfer charges are £90/£100 return.
Distances
The village of Ozankoy is within a 6/7 minute stroll. The harbour in Kyrenia is a 10 minute drive here you will find bars and restaurants serving local and international cuisine.
Further details
The Lemar supermarket is a short drive. Banks and money exchange facilities can be found in Kyrenia. Places to visit Salamis, Famagusta, Bogas and onto the breathtaking views and beaches of the Karpaz. Bellapais Abbey is within walking distance or a short drive.
