The 1 bedroom ground floor apartment is in a secluded location with both Sea and Mountain views enjoying a prime location due to its closeness to the Sea (5 - 6 minutes walking) and its elevation offering an unobstructed view. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished to a modern design with a fully fitted kitchen. Features include Marble flooring throughout along with air conditioning and a private garden with a Jacuzzi over looking the sea and Akamas. The apartment sleeps four with the option of a sofa bed in the living room and a choice of either 2 single beds or a king size bed in the bedroom. There is a car parking space in the underground car park.

Jacuzzi is available for £50 per week. Please inform me before arrival if this is required.
A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom has the option of either a kingsize bed or two singles. These are not the standard hard beds but are comfy for a good nights sleep. There is also a large walk in wardrobe. |

| Kitchen: | The Kitchen overlooks the swimming pool and is fully equipped with oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room has marble floor throughout with a sofa bed, tub chairs and a dining table and chairs for 4. There is a TV with DVD with a selection of DVDs. The living room opens onto the peaceful private garden. |
| Other: | There is aircon fitted throughout. There is a aslo a Jacuzzi in the private garden which is for the sole use of residents of this property along with a large shared swimming pool just outside the front door. Sunbeds and parasols are provided at the pool. |

Accessibility
The apartment is located on the ground floor with lift access from the underground car park and the communal showers / toilets.
Outside
Outside is a private garden set with flowers and gravel borders. There is a tiled area with a jacuzzi and a patio table and four chairs.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Argaka which is around 1 minute driving or around 6 or 7 minutes walking. The Beach is a mix of sand and shingle depending which part you go to.
Polis has a municipal beach which is around 6 or 7 minutes drive away.
Latchi has a large commercial beach with sunbeds etc and is around 15 minutes drive away.
Golf
The nearest Golf course is Tsada which is about a 30 mintue drive.
Travel
The nearest airport is Paphos which is around a 45 minute drive.
A hire car is essential.

Further details
Argaka has several tavernas and the Flyagain inn. There is a bakery, kiosk selling papers and 2 mini markets.
Polis is the main town around 6km away. Here you will find restuarants, banks, pharmacy and the main supermarket.
Latchi has a fishing harbour where you will find some of the best fish restuarants and a beach with water sports including boat trips, jet skis etc.
Akamas is just past Latchi here you will find the baths of Aphrodite and numerous walks around this unspoilt coast line.
There are also jeep safaris available where you can be driven around on a guided tour or drive youself while following the guide.
Pomos is located 20kms to the east. This little fishing harbour has 2 restuarants and is a great place for snorkelling.
Paphos is loacted around 45 kms away and is the cosmopolitain centre of this region where you find shops, restuarants, a water park and a world heritage site for you to explore the past.
Booking notes
A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
A £50 deposit is also required at the time of full payment to cover major damages or key loss. This will be refunded promptly after departure once the apartment has been checked.
