Our luxury 3 bedroom detached villa, has been furnished by us to a very high standard and is situated only 30 metres away from Ayia Thekla's beautiful coastline. The villa offers beautiful sea views that few villas can match and it takes only a few seconds to walk to the crystal clear waters and secluded private bays. The private 8m x 4m pool is set in its own landscaped rockery gardens with a pergola covered patio when you need some shade. The private BBQ for those magical nights in, is made so special by being so close to the sea. It is the perfect villa for a relaxing, tranquil holiday for couples and families. The house is exceptionally well equipped with top quality furnishings both inside and out and is only a short walk away from the traditional tavernas in the picturesque harbour of Potomas with the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa should you want it 7 minutes in the car.

Notes on accommodation
This house is ideal for for couple and families. It has air conditioning/heating units in every bedroom and lounge with ceiling fans fitted to every room. The air conditioning is included in the price of the hire for 10 hours per day. Should you need to have the aircon on for longer than this it is at an extra cost. The house really is close to the sea and you can hear the waves at night.
Outside
The grounds are mainly tiled with rockery gardens and plants. The patio area is covered by a roofed pergola,offering shade during the day, the view from the patio and pool is lovely. Quality Patio chairs, tables and 6 sunbeds and umbrellas surround your 8m x 4m private pool. A large built-in Barbeque is big enough for any party.
Coast/Beach
The sea is literally seconds walk and this coastline is full of small secluded rocky coves, ideal for a very private sunbathe. The lovely beach of Ayia Thekla is 1.5km away, with lifeguard and water sports and a small brilliant taverna. Lovely Nissi beach in Ayia Napa is 6km away as are all the shops, restaurants and clubs. Fig Tree Bay in Protaras, one of our favourites is 15 minutes in the car.

Distances
You can walk just 20 minutes along the beautiful coast path to a well stocked supermarket, who are building a cafe as we write. Great walk in the mornings when its hot. Plus 5 minutes further along is the famous Loucas Restaurant, one of the best meze we have ever had.
Further details
Our British key holders are just across the road from our villa and they are on hand to help you should you need it. There is a small supermarket 2 mins away for essentials, plus a well stocked local supermarket 5 mins drive, 20 mins walk. Roger and Carol our key hoklders are always about to help you during your stay.
