This lovely 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment is on the middle floor of a 3-storey block and is within easy walking distance of a selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The complex has attractive landscaped gardens and is set in a peaceful location. There is a good sized main pool plus children's pool. The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout, is beautifully furnished and has a well-equiped kitchen. The spacious lounge leads via patio doors to the large partially covered balcony, which is furnished with comfortable cane furniture and has a ceiling fan. The two bedrooms have their own access to the balcony, which overlooks the pool area.

Changeover day
Changeover day is fully flexible. On day of departure please be prepared to leave the apartment by 10.00am. Later departure times can be arranged with prior agreement.
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have twin beds, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes with hangers, hairdryers and patio doors to balcony. Both have ceiling fans and air-conditioning units which double as heating units if necessary. |
| Bathrooms: | Ensuite bathroom to bedroom 1 has bath with screen and shower over, handbasin and wc. Bathroom 2 has walk-in shower, handbasin and wc. Both are fully tiled. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen has washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven with 4-ring hob, toaster, good quality pots and pans and plenty of utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses, ironing board and iron, laundry airer. |
| Living Rooms: | The large airy lounge has good quality furniture, including 2 2-seater sofa's, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs. Music system with radio and cd player. Air-conditioning unit which doubles as heating unit if necessary and a ceiling fan. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and towels are supplied (not beach towels). The apartment will be clean for your arrival with all beds made up and a basic breakfast pack for your convenience. Fresh linen and towels will be provided after one week for two-week stays. |

Notes on accommodation
Sorry, no pets or children under 7 and STRICTLY NO SMOKING. Suitable for family, couples or group.
All windows are double-glazed and have flyscreens. Those to the two bedrooms have lockable louvred shutters. There is a safety deposit box in the master bedroom.
Outside
The large partially covered balcony has comfortable cane furniture and coffee table plus outside light and ceiling fan. The communal pool has a good sunbathing area and sunbeds are available. In addition, there are two sunbeds and a large sun umbrella for your private use.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes stroll will bring you to the coast road which leads to the popular harbour area. There are various areas suitable for swimming and a sandy beach.
Golf
We understand there are 3 good golf courses within an easy car drive of the apartment.
Skiing
It is possible to ski in the Troodos mountains (approx 1 hour away) and we believe ski equipment can be hired. However, this is not on a par with the main European ski resorts - we can endeavour to find out more if you are interested. The season is very short - possibly January and February.
Travel
The apartment complex is 15-20 minutes' drive from Paphos airport and taxi cost is around 17.00 Euros. From Larnaca airport the journey is approximately 1½ hours drive and is uncomplicated, mostly motorway/dual carriageway. Car hire is not essential once at the apartment as all amenities are within an easy walk.
Further details
Cyprus has a fantastic climate with well in excess of 300 days of sunshine per year. We will give you the local telephone number of the British couple who look after the apartment for us. They are very helpful and will be on hand should you have any problems during your stay.
Booking notes
20% deposit required on booking, non-refundable if cancelled within 6 weeks of departure, 50% refundable if cancelled within 12 weeks of departure. Balance payable 6 weeks before departure. £200 inventory/key deposit. Fully refundable within 10 days of your return.
