Accessibility
The villa, swimming pool and gardens are situated on a large flat level however there are 2 steps to enter the property.

12 x 8m kidney shaped swimming pool with small separate child's pool. Pool side shower. Extensive patios, sun terraces, landscaped gardens and play areas. Also very large covered verandas. Gas BBQ. Cane sofas and coffee table under 50sq.m covered pergola. Various dining tables and chairs for alfresco dining. Sun loungers. Sun umbrella. Private parking for 6 plus cars.
Coast/Beach
A 10 minute drive North will take you to the lovely Polis, Latchi and Anassa beaches, and pretty Marina/fishing harbour with its waterside restaurants and shops. The Coral Bay Beach is 20 minute drive South of our villa. Water sports and boat hire is available at the above locations and Kato Paphos has an exciting Aphrodite Water Park. Quieter beaches can also be found close by and the Akamas Nature Reserve has many secluded areas. Turtles can be seen at Latchi and Lara Beaches.
Golf
Our villa is within 30 minutes or less of the Paphos Golf Courses. Minthis Hills, Tsada 10 minutes. Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills 25 minutes. Paphos Driving Range 20 minutes. The new Nick Faldo Designed Elea Course at Yeriskipou 20 minutes.
Travel
Paphos Airport 35 minutes. Larnaca Airport 90 minutes. Car hire essential.
Distances
The local village is Giolou under 2km from the villa. Here there is the local village shop, bank, post office, coffee shops and taverna. Other villages very close are Kathikas approx 7km, Polemi Village approx 5km, Simou and Milou. All offer a good variety of experiences and places to eat. The town of Polis and Latchi fishing harbour are within 12km and Paphos town and tourist areas 20km approx. The villa is centrally located to enjoy the whole of the Paphos district, beaches and countryside.

For those visitors who can tear themselves away from this idyllic villa the crystal blue sea and beaches are just a short drive. Great opportunities for water sports, boat hire, Padi Courses, diving, Go carting, ten pin bowling, childrens play park or just chilling at one of the waterside or harbour cafes. Discount of 15% available on Boat hire, water sports and diving when you book our villa.
The area is full of local tradition, interesting history, picturesque scenery and beautiful walks.Tavernas, restaurants, bank, shops etc. again within a short drive.Within 2km of the villa is the recently opened Ayia Anargyra Spa and Health Resort with its mineral rich natural spring renown for its healing qualities. Visitors can spend the day at the Spa. The Cava Restaurant at the resort offers a unique experience with its medieval aura, 150 year old antique tables, flickering candles, subtle lighting and unforgettable gourmet meals, whilst an abundance of local cuisine can be found in the many villages within the area. Fish lovers will enjoy the choice of Cypriot Fish Taverns at Latchi Harbour, Polis and Prodromi.
Visit the Akamas Nature Reserve, Lara Bay Turtle Station, local wineries, a traditional museum, Panayia (the birth place of Arch Bishop Makarios) with its astonishing views.

A booking deposit of 25% is required with balance due 8 weeks before arrival together with a refundable security deposit of £200. On 2012 holidays booked now we are happy to accept instalments of both deposit and balance, contact us for details. Check in times 1600hrs. Departure time 1200hrs. Subject to other bookings it may be possible to accommodate early or late arrivals.

We stayed at Copa'r Ddraig April 2011 The house blew us away – very generously proportioned and set in a great position, on a large plot of land. Ten of us had plenty of room to get together or be apart as the mood took us. It is very well equipped and furnished – luxurious without the price tag. And although it was difficult to leave the house at the end of our stay, it wasn’t only because of the luxuries, or the great views and surroundings, but in large part because of Chris’ and Bob’s warm care – they have managed to make us feel at home away from home!
P.S. One last tip – if you are arriving late (or even if you don’t), try asking Chris to cook for you – her lasagne is incredible! Alex P London.
