Prices per week in UK Pounds. Long term and odd day rentals possible. Welcome pack included in price for whole week plus stays.
For arrivals to the apartment after 7pm, there is a charge of CY£15 paid directly to the person greeting you.
£50 admin supplement for bookings made outside of the UK.
Cancellations:
Cancellations of more than 8 weeks notice before travel - loss of deposit.
Cancellations between 8 - 3 weeks before travel - loss of 50% of cost (minus security bond).
Changeover day
Flexible changever days.
Apartment not available until 3pm on first day and must be vacated by 11am on last day.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning provided (can be used for heating)Air conditioning is included in the quoted price if used sensibly. Guests are requested not to leave the units on 24 hours per day. If used for more than 12 hours per day additional costs will apply.
Outside
Apartments own garden runs the length of the verandah (approx. 50sm), leading onto the shared swimming pool. Garden furniture also provided.
Coast/Beach
A sandy beach is across the road to the apartment - a 5 minute walk. However, a beach with sun beds and parasols is also available nearer to the marina which is a further 10 minute walk away.
Travel
Limassol is accessible from both Larnaca and Paphos airport. Larnaca airport approx. 40 minutes an Paphos approx. 50 mins.
The use of a car is not essential as all facilities (except bank) are within walking distance. Also, a regular bus service runs from the road in front of apartment into main town. A car is recommended if wanting to explore more of Cyprus. The location of the apartment is perfectly placed to visit Paphos, Troodos, Larnaca and Nicosia.
Distances
Bay View apartment is located to the East of Limassol. Limassol town is approximately 9 km away.
Further details
Restaurants, bars, local shops and supermarkets are all available within walking distance.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £250 is required at time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to date of departure. A refundable security bond of £250 will be charged to cover any damage or breakages (repayable upon return from holiday).
