Changeover days are flexable. An English couple manage the property & can be contacted any time with your queries.

Extra heater & blankets available for winter lets. Lift to the apartment.
Outside
Large free-form shaped swimming pool, shared use. Sun beds, parasols and mattresses provided. Store room can be used to store golf clubs, bicycles etc.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay beach is 10 mins drive. A beautiful sandy beach with all the amenities & very safe for swimming.
Golf
Tsada Golf Course is very close approx 10-15mins drive, an 18 hole course built in the grounds of an ancient monastery, fantastic views.
Secret Valley & the world famous Aphrodite Hills Courses are approx. 30mins. drive.
Travel
Paphos Airport is approx. 20 min. drive.
Larnaca is approx. 90mins. drive.
Car hire is recommended but not essential as there is a bus stop 150m away.
Distances
Paphos Town is 10mins drive, which offers a picturesque harbour, numerous shops, restaurants, bars etc. Paphos also has a Waterpark, Aquarium, Go-Karts & more, but the places which are a must to visit are the various archeological sites, Tombs of the Kings, Mosaics, Catacombs etc.
Further details
Tala has a traditional village square with tavernas, coffee shop & supermarket.
5 mins. drive takes you to the beautiful Neophytos Monastery.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, the remainder is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
We also request a refundable security deposit of £100.

My husband & I found this apartment ecellent & in a very quiet area, for a relaxing holiday. A wonderful location to explore island from. Stephanies restaurant 2 mins walk from complex, excellent food.
The owners very hospitable, we could not have asked for better holiday accommodation.
