Our luxury two-bedroom apartment is set in the Pyla Village Resort, with views across the fields to the hills and access to a beautiful swimming pool, gardens, tennis courts and other amenities. The apartment is in a relaxing, peaceful location, perfect for recharging your batteries and having a break away from the grind of everyday life. Pyla beach with its several miles of excellent bars and restaurants, providing good local food and delicacies from around the world, is only a three-minute drive away. Local attractions include bars and tavernas in Pyla within a pleasant five-minute walk from the apartment.

The luxurious ground floor apartment is fully air-conditioned in all rooms and comprises two bedrooms, lounge and bathroom - there is a patio table with umbrella and six chairs for outdoor eating. In the apartment is a selection of DVDs and CDs for your entertainment. The lounge is furnished with two comfortable leather sofas. TV with satellite channels and DVD player are provided along with a well appointed kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The swimming pool and gardens are shared amenities. Also includes smoke alarm, fire blanket and fire extinguisher.

5 minute drive to the beach. There are a number of lovely golden beaches to choose from.

Travel
Larnaca Airport is just a 20-minute drive from Pyla Village Resort.
Scheduled flights to Larnaca are available from Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and London Airports.

Distances
Larnaca District is a fast growing tourist and commercial centre with great motorway connections for exploring the island. The family will love the flumes and lagoons of Waterworld, Agia Napa, which is only a 20-minute drive away.

The village tavern in Pyla is a Cypriot tavern with flower beds and pots and a sheltered area to sit and enjoy a meal in the lovely hot weather. It is run by an English Cypriot, Theo, and his English wife, Denise. The English menu offers bar snacks and restaurant meals, and a children’s menu is also available. Open from 12 noon till late all year round – reservation for Sunday roast lunch is highly recommended. This is a luxury two-bedroom apartment set in the private gardens of Pyla Village Resort, offering a peaceful holiday close to the beaches of Golden Bay and the amenities and many restaurants on the Dhekelia Road (3km), with food on offer for all tastes. The resort is only a short walk from historic Pyla village which has a plentiful supply of supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

My husband and I visited Pyla Village for a ten day stay in Sept 2010. We arrived at the Apartment to find it spotlessly clean and tidy. The whole complex is kept pristine with a group of cleaners and maintenance people on a daily basis attending to the pool and grounds. The pool area is lovely and clean and the pool itself is not to deep. There are ample sunbeds with umbrellas available for you to use.
We had an absolute fabulous time, the Apartment was fantastic, the owners have covered everything they can possibly cover to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and they totally succeed. It was First Class!! Plya village itself is lovely the people are warm and friendly, it’s ideally situated making it easy to access all parts of Cyprus. A totally relaxing holiday! It was that good we've booked to return later next year with the family and we cannot wait!

We are a family from Leicester with three young adult children who look for different things from a holiday destination. We visit Cyprus three times a year and look forward to relaxing from our busy lives and enjoying the consistently fine weather and amenities that Pyla has to offer, from its friendly bars and taverns to its safe environment.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Obviously the fine and consistent weather was a major factor in buying a property in Cyprus and Plya was, for us, the ideal spot. The village is a lovely traditional village and is only a 20 minute motorway drive from Larnaca Airport and 15 minutes to Larnaca town with its shops, restaurants, large supermarket and unbelievable indoor fruit and veg market. The area surrounding Pyla is quiet and close to several blue flag beaches and conveniently situated for exploring this fabulous island.

Unique benefits of the property
The apartment complex is gated adding to the privacy and the apartment is on the ground floor with a large patio and garden area making it ideal for families with young children. Finished to a very high standard and with all the extras we have added, together with the tennis courts and beautiful enclosed swimming pool it makes for a fantastic holiday. Eco-friendly too, it has access to solar panels to boost the hot water supply.
