All towels and bed linen are included (no beach towels). Bedlinen changed at the end of 1st week. Balcony and inside of apartment to be cleaned once a week.

Accessibility

Outside
The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbecue. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the complex having external lighting. The very large terrace as all the necessary furniture/ sun loungers, table and chairs, decorated with a large selection of colourful flowers and plants. You will not be overlooked when relaxing on the Penthouse terrace as it is totally private. The advantage you get with such a large outside area you can choose to lay in sun or sit in the shade. The evenings are very relaxing sitting outside gazing into star filled skies, listening to the Mediterranean sea, sheer bliss.

Coast/Beach
Beach is a 5 minute walk, miles of coast line can be seen from the apartment, many sandy coves and untouched beaches to explore, calm warm sea ideal for snorkeling, diving, water sports and perfect areas for fishing.

Golf
Nine hole golf course 20 minute drive from Kapparis, located near the village of Vrysoulles. Also golf courses in the North of the island, easily accessible and a 40 minute drive.

Skiing
During the winter months ie January February, skiing is available in the Troodos mountains, a little further than 45 minutes drive but well worth the journey.

Travel
The apartment is 40 min from Larnaca airport. 120 min from Paphos. Collection can be arranged from the airport. A reliable bus service passes right outside the apartment and takes you all over the island from as little as one Euro so it is not essential to hire a car.

My wife and my 2 children loved our Cyprus holiday apartment as it gave us fantastic family holidays, so much so, we now live permanently in Kapparis which means we are on hand for our guests and also gives us the advantage of keeping our apartment maintained to the highest standard. I am sure you will love our apartment and Cyprus as much as us.

We bought our apartment as a holiday home with the knowledge that Kapparis is open all year round. The beaches are stunning and it is close to all major towns and attractions. Kapparis itself, is full of welcoming restaurants and tavernas to suit everyone. The area is a safe, ideal location for a perfect holiday. We liked the area so much we moved here permanently!
