Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor and has easy access. For pram or wheelchair access please note there is a ramp with 3 staggered steps and a further 4 steps to the entrance for the block.
Outside
Sunny patio area with table and 4 chairs for relaxed al fresco dining. Communal swimming pool with gated access, plunge pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas as well as a small kiosk offering refreshments are available during the high season. Please note that pool/beach towels are not provided. The tennis court can be reserved in advance at no extra charge.
Coast/Beach
Just a short stroll (less than 5 minutes) to a beautiful quiet beach between St Raphael and Le Meridien Hotels, these are amongst the most exclusive hotels in Limassol.
Golf
Cyprus is fast becoming a very desirable location for lovers of year round golfing. Approximately 35 minutes drive away, you can find the island's finest golf courses at Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley.
Skiing
Troodos ski resorts approximately 45 min by car. Open in January and February.
Travel
Paphos airport approximately 45 minutes drive. Larnaca airport approximately 40 minute drive. Car hire is recommended although not essential. There is a regular bus service from Le Meridien Hotel to the centre of Limassol.

Located between the famous Le Meridien and St Raphael hotels in the Amathus area of Limassol. Only 4 kilometres from the main tourist area of Potamos Yermasoyias and 10 kilometres from the old town.

Local shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. St. Raphael hotel 10 mins walk with affordable sport-club membership available (includes use of the hotel beach facilities with extensive well-equipped playgrounds, sauna, steam bath, free ice-cream, towels etc). There are also many treatments available at the St. Raphael spa including massages, manicures and facials in treatment rooms for both men and women. Many water-sports available on the beach front at Le Meridien Hotel. Many of the nearby hotels host beach weddings, making this apartment the perfect place to stay if you are organising your own wedding or attending a wedding as a guest.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I bought the apartment in this area as it is very close to a lovely quiet sandy beach and the complex has good leisure facilities including a swimming pool and tennis court. The two hotels on either side offer access to a variety of watersports including scuba diving and water rides.
The apartment is in a premier part of Limassol, away from the tourist area of Limassol but within easy reach of it. There are shops and restaurants close by. Larnaca and Paphos airports are within 45 minutes and there are three golf courses within a 40 minute radius from the apartment.
Unique benefits of the property
Limassol is very conveniently located to visit other parts of Cyprus and from the apartment it is very easy to get access to the main highway that heads towards Paphos and Troodos Mountains on the West, Larnaca and Famagusta on the East and Nicosia towards the North.
