Changeover day
Depart 11am/arrive 3pm onwards. Changeover can be accommodated on any day as required (any part of the week is charged pro rata).

Flights are available daily from London Luton (EasyJet) into Paphos, and the airport is a fifteen minute drive away. (Collection from the airport is available at a charge of 40 Euros.) Use of a car is essential, and use of a seven seater vehicle is included with the property.
Distances
Paphos and Limassol are both within twenty minutes. Pissouri's open-air Amphitheatre is a short drive, and the village square is within walking distance.

About the owner
We are a retired couple who live in Buckinghamshire most of the time, we have 4 children and 11 grandchildren and for this reason we had a family villa built 8 years ago in Pissouri village in Cyprus. We have always loved the area and the warmth of the local people and like to walk to the village square and eat at the local restaurants and bars. Fig Tree villa is next door to our villa and was an original Cyprus bungalow which we bought about 5 years ago and we have had it renovated and now rent out. We love the fact that when the weather is very warm being up in the village there is always a cooling breeze and the beach can be reached in 5 minutes by car. We love a game of golf and Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley golf clubs are only 10 minutes away by car.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought a villa in Pissouri village because in our opinion is is one of the nicest places on the island. It is quite rural but has many bars and good restaurants, an amphitheatre, good supermarket which stocks everything, chemist, garage and is within easy reach of Paphos 34 kilometres and Limassol 34 kilometres and the local beach is 5 minutes away by car where there are watersports and several nice eating places together with the very nice Columbia Bay Beach Resort. Unique benefits of the property
Fig Tree Villa is, as it's name suggests, has many fig trees in the garden, together with an orange tree, almond tree and a lemon tree. If the sun gets too warm it also has shady areas. It has a 'D' end pool which gives ease of access for both young children and older people. We also offer the use of a car as it is fine to walk to the village and back if you are young and fit but people with young children and the more mature might find the walk back too much as it is uphill.
