The villa sleeps 5 comfortably and is situated in a prime sought after location between Larnaca and Dhekelia and south of the Pyla village where both Greek and Turkish Cypriots live together. It is within walking distance of the sandy beach where some of the best hotels are located in the Larnaca Bay area like the Palm Beach Hotel & Golden Bay Hotel. The area has all local amenities, where several family run tavernas and restaurants serve excellent food. Established gardens and large patio area with gas BBQ. Notes on accommodation
The villa is a home from home. We have thought about all that anyone can need for a wonderful sunny holiday in Cyprus the villa is great for children, they can splash about in the pool all day or at the local beach just a 10 minute walk away. There is also a cot and high chair available plus 2 car safety seat for children from 6 months to 11 years. The villa has air-conditioning in both bedrooms and living room plus ceiling fans a fantastic south facing balcony to sit and relax on, in the evening and chill out with a glass of local wine after a days sightseeing in Nicosia 45 mins, Limassol 45 mins or Ayia Napa and Protaras 25 mins away.
Accessibility
NO wheelchair access. Unfortunately we purchased the villa in 2006. It was built in 2001 and was not planned with wheelchair access.
Outside
The villa has a quaint, walled, front garden with some shrubs, a lemon tree and pretty flowers. The rear patio area which is totally private, offers a 8 x 4 metre private swimming pool, 5 sun loungers, table, chairs, umbrella, gas BBQ.
Coast/Beach
700 metres walk from the Larnaca Bay sandy beach. 25 minute drive to Ayia Napa for water world and Protaras for the white sandy beaches and small fishing port.
Golf
There are 3 public golf courses in Cyprus at the moment more are planned in the future, All in the Paphos area about 1 hour's drive from the apartment. there are Aphrodite Hills, Tsada and Secret Valley.
Skiing
Troodos Mount Olympus 1 hour away.

15 minutes drive to Larnaca International Airport.
45 minutes drive to the historic divided city of Nicosia.
45 minutes drive to Limassol.
1 hour 15 minutes to Paphos for the famous mosaics, tombs of the kings and the many museums.
Distances
5 minutes drive to Larnaca City for all your local store like M&S, Starbucks, Next, Debenhams and many good local stores, especially Carrefour for your weekly food shopping. Opposite Carrefour there is a fantastic local fresh fruit and vegetable shop a must to visit.
Further details
In the Larnaca Bay tourist area 10 minutes walk from the villa there are lots of local amenities like bank, small supermarket, butchers, internet café, bakers, jewellers, books and cards hairdressers and of course the souvenirs shops, fitness club, tennis courts, beach volleyball and all the usual water sports. At Nicos water sports on the beach close to the Palm Beach Hotel.
There are local taxis and the local bus stop that will take you to Larnaca City. There are a couple of local tour agents that organise daily trips to all the wonderful sites there are to see in Cyprus.

Booking either by email or telephone. 20% deposit payable on booking by bank transfer (non refundable if cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to date of arrival), and the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to date of arrival, along with a refundable £100 deposit in case of breakages, which will be returned 7 days after departure after inspection of the villa. It felt like home from home with first class facilities. Comfortable and spacious with a beautiful private pool in the garden of a fully fenced and private quiet location. The villa also provided on-site booklets with very clear instruction on all aspect of the villa and of the local area which consisted of some of the best local family restaurants and bars we visited. With the added availability of the car we were able to visit many other resorts and wonderful land marks throughout Cyprus and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. About the owner
Yvonne and I would like to welcome you to our villa and to share our holiday home with you. Yvonne is German and I am English we live and work in Frankfurt Germany at the moment but hope to retire to Cyprus in the next couple of years. We have set the prices for rental at a level which is very competitive compared to other villas on offer in and around the area. Our aim is to cover the running costs and ensure it is well maintained. These prices have been set within an affordable range for many people who would not normally think of renting a villa. It was the first time we had rented a villa and wow what freedom you have compared to hotels and holiday apartments plus the private pool in the garden was the icing on the cake for us and we hope you enjoy it as we did.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought this Villa in November 2006 after falling in love with it when we rented it for a month in June 2006 and lucky for us the owners Steve and Elizabeth who had owned it from new decided to accept our purchase offer and sold it to us. We will of course be using it a lot ourselves but also want others to enjoy it and be able to explore this wonderful island which is full of opportunities.
Unique benefits of the property
It is a very private well presented bright and airy spacious villa situated in a nice cul de sac location close to all amenities. The private pool is fantastic either to swim, dip of play. We have provided what we think is a very pleasant comfortable villa in which to have a wonderful relaxing holiday in enjoy it we do.
