The Vanessa resort is situated less than 10 mins walk from the traditional village of Peyia with all the facilities you will need, including supermarkets, restaurants, banks, butchers and bakeries. Paphos town is just a 20 min drive, whilst Coral Bay, just 3 km away, has a large sandy beach offering a wide selection of water sports as well as numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The unspoilt Akamas peninsula is just beyond Coral Bay and can be explored by 4x4 or quad bikes that can be hired locally. The apartment is situated on the second floor (serviced by a lift) and has superb views from the large terrace across the outdoor pool and the hills beyond Peyia. It is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. The resort has a larger than average outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, an indoor pool (heated in winter), a gym, sauna, Jacuzzi bath and plunge pool. There are communal changing rooms with showers and toilet facilities.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. For stays of over 1 week then a nightly rate of £40 low season and £50 high season applies. Discounts are available for stays of longer than two weeks.
Changeover day
We are flexible on changeover day as midweek flights are often cheaper.
| Bedrooms: | The double bedroom has a large oak double bed, fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and mirror. It has double patio doors opening out onto the terrace. The twin room has two oak twin beds as well as fully fitted wardrobes providing superb storage space. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom is fully tiled with a white suite comprising; a full sized bath with shower, wash basin and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | The fully fitted kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including, washing machine, full sized oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer and microwave. |
| Utility Room: | Ironing board/iron and clothes airer are all provided. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is tastefully furnished with two leather sofas, one two seater and one three seater that converts to a double bed. There is a TV and DVD player as well as an iPod docking station. The dining area has a round glass table with leather seats. |

All towels (including pool / beach towels for 6 people) and linen are included. The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival. If you require a mid stay clean then this can be arranged at an extra cost. Baby equipment can be hired at an extra cost. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air conditioned and is included in the cost of hire.
Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the second floor and is serviced by a lift. However it has not been especially adapted for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The complex comprises; large communal pool with plenty of room for sunbeds. There is a shaded area if you need to avoid the sun for a while. A hot tub for use by residents is positioned in the gardens. There is also an indoor pool which is heated in the winter months as well as a Gym with running machine, bike, weights machine and free weights. This leads out to a plunge pool with waterfall feature. There is a sauna, changing rooms, communal shower and toilet facilities. The apartment itself has a large terrace with a dining table with seating for 6 people, accessed from both the lounge and master bedroom. From here there are superb views across the pool, gardens and up to the hills beyond Peyia.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beach of Coral bay is just 3 kms away. Here you will find an array of watersports including sailing, jet skis and banana boat rides.
Golf
A driving range has recently opened on the road to Paphos approx 10 mins drive away.
The Aphrodite Hills Golf club is located near Paphos. It is described as an 18 hole championship golf course and academy.
The Secret valley golf club is also located some 18km east of Paphos.
The Tsada (Minthis Hills) golf club has recently opened approx 40 mins drive away.
Special interest holidays
There are many sites of historical interest in and around Peyia. The Tombs of the kings is situated on the road to Paphos as well as the famous Mosaics. The Akamas Peninsula borders Peyia. This nature reserve can be explored by 4x4 or quad bike. In July and August the Turtles can be observed on the beaches of the Akamas. The famous Aphrodites bath can be found close to the towns of Polis and Laatchi.
Travel
The nearest airport is at Paphos approx 30 mins drive away. As an alternative Larnaca is approx 1.5 hrs drive.
Distances
The village of Peyia is less than 10 mins walk away. Here you will find several traditional restaurants and bars. You will also find supermarkets, bakers, butchers and banks.
Further details
Coral Bay has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. The area of Kato Paphos (approx 20 mins drive away) has an array of restaurants and some of the larger shops. There is a small harbour where you can enjoy a meal whilst watching the sun set across the sea.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 will be required at the time of booking. The full balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your stay. A security deposit will then be requested in the form of a cheque that will be returned to you two weeks after your stay.

Superbly furbished comfortable apartment in a great spot. Ease of access to numerous restaurants within village of Peyia, 5 mins from Coral Bay Beach and 15 mins Pafos Port by car. Would highly recommend and would certainly visit again.
A lovely and well equipped and tastefully furnished holiday home. The Vanessa complex is beautifully laid out with excellent facilities. The large pool, indoor heated pool and mini gym were just great. Peyia is a lovely village and the bakery is excellent. We hope we can come again soon.

Ipod dock is a nice touch, kitchen area very well equipped. Our friends and I were part of a wedding party and our apartment.

We are Roger and Hilary Lord and we live in England with our 3 children. We took ownership of our brand new apartment on the Vanessa complex in 2009. We liked the fact that it was within walking distance of Peyia so we can stroll upto the village to the shops during the daytime or for a meal out or a drink in the evening. We have visited Cyprus many times and love the climate, the food and the people. The apartment is furnished to a high standard to ensure you enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday.
