Welcome to our villa HighView which is located on the prestigious Secret Valley Golf Resort. The villa stands in a large plot and has beautiful gardens to the front and rear. It is only a short drive drive to Pissouri village/beach and Paphos. The villa benefits from its own 10m x 5m private pool, with steps leading down to the shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room onto the front is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with table and chairs to relax in have a glass of wine all two and watch the sun set over the sea. To the rear you will find a BBQ and table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. The villa benefits from a large ground floor living area with a/c units and ceiling fans also down stairs wc. On the first floor you will fine the main double bedroom with ensuite and two further twin bedrooms (ideal for families, friends and golf parties) and family bathroom.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Villa with be available from 4.00pm and to check out by 10.30 am. Every effort is made to accommodate our quests arrivals and departures but this is subject to other quests.

| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with king size bed with en-suite and balcony. Bedrooms 2 & 3 with 2 single beds per room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Bedroom 2 also has a balcony. |
| Bathrooms: | The en-suite to the main bedroom has a large walk in shower, wc, sink and wall mirror. The family bath room has a bath/shower, wc, sink and wall mirror. Downstairs has a wc and sink. All bathrooms have shaving points. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fitted with up to date appliances which include oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, pots/pans and oven ware goods. It also has a good supply of indoors and outdoor crockery. |

Notes on accommodation
All rooms are fully air-conditioning with ceiling fans that will keep the rooms cool at night.
Outside
Take a swim in the 10 x 5m pool and relax on the sunloungers all sit around patio table to absorb the sunshine within landscaped gardens and pool area which in totally private.
The outdoor areas is a wonderful part of the villa where you will find your favourite place to enjoy moments of peace and quiey.
The front and rear of the villa offer you great views over the valley to the Mediterranean sea and surrounding hills.
Coast/Beach
There are many beaches close to HighView Villa a 2km walk from the villa will bring you to the coast and picnic areas. Petra Tou Romiou 10 min drive, Aphrodite's rock, a must. The blue flag beach of Pissouri offers a fantastic day out in the sun, you will find jet skis, wind surfing, water skiing and many more things. You will also find restaurants and shop, also you can hire sun beds.
Golf
Paphos/Secret Valley.
The villa is with a 5 minute drive to the Secret Valley Golf Club and 10 minutes to Aphrodite Hills Golf and Leisure complex and 20 minutes to Tsada Golf Club.
Secret Valley, is a challenging 18 hole 72 par 6120 metre course with a practice areas with a resident PGA Professional. The clubhouse has a restaurant and bar areas which provide an excellent spot to relax after your game.
Aphrodite Hills provide a 72 par 6200 metre challenging course with clubhouse and also has a PGA professional. The views from the 18 hole course overlook the sparking waters of the Mediterranean below.
Tsada Golf Club is set in the verdant valley on the grounds of 12th century monastery. The course is about a 20 minutes drive from the villa. It others 18 holes 71 par 5828 metre course.
Skiing
Skiing is available approx 1 hours drive by car up to the Troodos mountains.
Special interest holidays
On your visit there are two things to do the first is to attend the Cyprus night in Pissouri village square and the other is to visit the Pissouri live theatrical performance. The view from the theatre stretches as far as the Troodos mountains. It's just breathtaking.
Travel
From Paphos Airport you are only 13km from your holiday villa.
Car is provided with the villa, but transfer from airports can be arrange from/to villa at a cost.
You can also take a taxi from the airports, approx cost from Paphos Airport is 40 Euros.

Some restaurants nearby. Secret Valley Golf Clubhouse has stunning views, a lunch time or la carte menus and subday lunch carvery. Pithari Tavern offers you the opportunity to taste authentic Greek Cypriot food either a meze or the la carte.
Anil Pub and bar serves a l;arge variety of draft and bottled beers, wines and quality fast-food, from steaks, potato skins, fajitas to spicy chicken wings.
Platia Coffee Shop-Ouzerie is a truly traditional Cypriot coffee shop serving coffee made in the utzaki and served with lizos-the traditional Paphos delights.
Pissouri a place you must visit !
Pissouri has a quaint, unique character bestowed by winding cobbled streets lined with charming houses. The Cypriot character has certainly been retained and is what attrcts so many visitors. There is a exceptional choice of restaurants offering a wide range of cuisine, from ice cream palours to exquisite fine dining ! During the summer there is a traditional "Cyprus night" in the lovely village square, with dancing and music. The party atmosphere that is so infectious you are drawn into the merriment !

Prices are per/week paid in UK Pounds and paid direct to the owner, with a 25% deposit with booking and balance paid 8 weeks prior to departure. We welcome all enquires for holidays, short term and long term lets.
You can book any extras you may require upto 3 days before departure ie (Food, drink, collections and returns to airport)
All drivers must be 25 to 70 and hold a full valid driving licence for 5 years, with drivers being specified at time of booking for the FREE car insurance.
