Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed and views over an olive grove to the sea. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, 2 windows with views over olive groves to the sea and also the mountains. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, bedside tables and fully fitted wardrobes.
Bathrooms: Fully tiled. Shower cubicle with wc including bidet, sink and mirror.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, all utensils and water dispenser.
Utility Room: Iron, ironing board clothes airer, mop and bucket.
Living Rooms: Open plan with 3 seater sofa bed, armchair, table. TV & DVD player, selection of DVDs and books. Air conditioned. Dining table and 4 chairs
Other: Table and 6 chairs on roof terrace along with 4 loungers and mattresses for your use. Built in BBQ and sink unit along with shower on roof terrace.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and bed linen provided (not beach towels). A full clean will be carried out prior to your arrival and beds made up. Extra linen and towels are available during your stay. A weekly clean can be arranged at an additional cost if required.

Accessibility
The apartment is a penthouse up a flight of stairs.

Outside
The shared swimming pool is situated just a few metres from the apartment. The private roof terrace has a bbq, sink unit, shower, sunbeds, large table and chairs over which is a new pergola with sail cloth to provide some shade if needed.

Coast/Beach
A beach is just a 10 minute walk away or the beach clubs with all of their activities are just 10 to 20 minutes away.

Golf
Korineum Estentepe Golf Course & Country Club is within a 30 minute drive from the apartment. This is a championship course.

Travel
Ercan is the nearest airport 30 minutes drive away but many will fly to Larnaca in the south which is around 1 hour 20 minutes away. Car hire and airport transfers can be arranged or recommended.

Distances
Lapta is the nearest village just a few minutes away. More distances can be found on our own website.

Further details
There is a bar and restaurant on the main road just opposite the complex entrance. A hotel with water park is situated next door for which we have a negotiated a discounted entry fee. There are many restaurants with 20 minutes on the way to Kyrenia which is approx 25 minutes away. The local Dolmus can be picked up anywhere along the main road and you will only pay a couple of pounds to travel along this road to Kyrenia.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £50 per week is required at the time of booking. The balance plus a £100 security deposit must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your return once your apartment has been checked. Electricity is very expensive in Northern Cyprus and therefore an allowance of £25 per week is included. The meter will be read at the start and end of your holiday.

Hi. We are Lee and Lisa and have 2 children. We are professional people who want you to have a fantastic time whilst staying in our little piece of paradise. We can arrange most things for you or recommend places to eat etc. In the apartment itself you will find a folder with plenty of information, help and advice.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
All of our family have fallen in love with Northern Cyprus, not just the place but the people and the culture. Northern Cyprus is a place that people will go back to as the people are so friendly they will do all they can to help you. This is not a commercialised place like Spain or Southern Cyprus but is much more relaxed and tranquil. For louder nightlife then Kyrenia is only a short journey away or just enjoy the local quieter life.

Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is out of the way so is very peaceful but the busy town of Kyrenia is within easy travelling distance by car, the local Dolmus (minibus), or taxi. There is a supermarket just up the road along with a bar literally 50 yards away. Restaurants are within easy reach all the way up to Kyrenia. We hope to have people wanting to go back to our apartment year on year so we are sure you will enjoy your stay.
