The villa offers easy access to the village square where you will find restaurants, tavernas, a traditional Cypriot pub and 2 small supermarkets. The historic town of Paphos and the beaches of Coral Bay are 15 minutes away. Paphos Airport is a 25 minute drive, whilst Larnaca Airport is a 90 minute drive.

Outside
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the 8 villas and is 18m x 6m in size. There is a patio area which leads onto a fully tiled area for relaxing. A table with 4 chairs, parasol, 4 sun loungers and gas BBQ are included.
Coast/Beach
The largest and most popular beach is the Blue Flag beach at Coral Bay. Just a little further is Corralia Beach. Both approximately a 15 minute drive.
Golf
Tsada golf course is a 15 minute drive. Secret Valley and the championship golf course at Aphrodite Hills approximately
30 minutes drive.
Travel
Paphos Airport is a 25 minute drive. Larnaca is a 90 minute drive. Both airports have car hire available.
Distances
Tala Village Square is a 10 minute walk. Paphos(harbour/shops/restaurants) 15 minute drive. Coral Bay 15 minute drive. Kato Paphos 20 minute drive. Nicosia the Capital of Cyprus is a 2 hour drive.
Further details
Tala Village has several traditional tavernas and restaurants serving a variety of cuisine. There are 2 mini markets which can provide your everyday requirements. Further down the hill there are two further restaurants including an Italian, bakers and a hair dresser. In Coral Bay you have the beaches including water sports, restaurants and bars. Paphos has shops and restaurants. The harbour has its famous fort together with restaurants and bars. Kato Paphos is where you will find the water park and go-carting track.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The balance to be paid in full 8 weeks before your holiday start date. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of the start date of your holiday payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
