The Tala Riviera complex is located in a serene and tranquil area on the outskirts of Tala village which has a good selection of tavernas, bars and mini supermarkets. The apartment is in a prime location offering superb views and is within a 10 minute drive of Tsada golf course and a 10 minute drive of the blue flag beach of Coral Bay. A meandering river, starting from within a rockery, runs through the middle of the complex interconnecting with the two swimming pools along the way and ending at a third incredible split level infinity pool.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival time 3pm. Departure time 10am. However early arrival and late departure times will be catered for where possible.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is located on the ground floor. Each room has air conditioning with remote control (heating in the winter) Solar heating for water. A welcome pack can be provided on request. There are also 2 hairdryers provided.There is also a safe. No smoking inside the apartment. No pets allowed. Allocated private parking place.
Outside
The gardens are beautifully landscaped. There are 3 pools, one of which is a Spa pool. One is kidney shaped which is right by the apartment and the other is a split level infinity pool.
There are 2 terraces one at the front of the property and one at the back that leads to a private garden. There is a patio set on the terrace and 6 sunbeds for your own personal use.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches of Coral Bay are 10 mins away by car
Tha Akamas nature reserve with it's famous Lara beach where the turtles nest is 15 mins away. The villages of Latchi and Polis are 30 mins away by car.
Golf
There are 3 excellent golf courses in the area. Tsada golf course is 10 mins by car. Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are both 25 mins away by car.
Travel
Paphos International airport is a 25 mins drive away. Larnaca International airport can easily be reached in just under 2 hours. Car hire is available at both airports and is recommended if you wish to explore the area.
Distances
The village square at Tala is a 15 mins walk from the apartment. The village of Kissonerga is a 10mins drive and Peyia is a 20 mins drive away. Paphos and Coral Bay are both a 15 mins drive.
Further details
Tala village square has a good selection of tavernas, bars and restaurants serving a variety of cuisine. There are two small supermarkets which can provide every day requirements.
There is also a bakery and a delicatessen within a 5 mins drive of the apartment. Paphos has a wide range of bars and restaurants including several in the picturesque harbour area.
Booking notes
A 25% non refundable deposit is payable on booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Booking made within 8 weeks of the start date must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
