Our beautiful apartment is the ideal holiday home with spectacular views and the fresh mountain air. Just 5 minutes away is the popular and very picturesque harbour at Latchi which also has beautiful beaches, a wide choice of restaurants and popular activities such as diving (PADI), boat hire, boat trips. It is the perfect base for a holiday that can combine your perfect mix of relaxation and activity. It is situated just on the edge of The Akamas National Park which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Neo Chorio village is charming and very welcoming to guests, with a choice of three tavernas, two well stocked shops, plus a local pottery. Within ten minutes' drive is the town of Polis with a wide selection of shops, a fascinating history and a delightful town square to sit with the locals and watch the world go by.

Accessibility
This apartment is located on the first floor (two flights of stairs). Whilst this has the advantage of spectacular views, it is not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.
Outside
Shared pool with poolside shower rooms and WC. Beautifully landscaped grounds. Covered parking on ground floor.
Coast/Beach
Latchi harbour 5 mins drive. Polis 10 mins drive. For total seclusion head to Lara beach - not a hotel or villa in sight. Just a lovely sandy beach and a taverna - sheer joy.
Golf
Within 30 minutes drive is Tsada Golf Club, on the outskirts of Paphos. Set in the grounds of an 11th century monastery, at an altitude of 550m above sea level. With 18 championship holes, this delightful course plays to a par 72 and measures 6060m.
Travel
Nearest airport is Paphos - approx 1 hour drive over good roads. Driving in Cyprus is very easy as they drive on the same side as the UK and most road signs are in English. If you want to explore the Akamas, a 4WD vehicle is a must and can be hired locally. We can recommend local car hire firm.
Further details
Neo Chorio village has two shops - one being less than 30yds from the apartment. Co-op bank, 3 tavernas plus several coffee shops. You can see local crafts including weaving using a traditional loom, and pottery at the local workshops and often you will see or hear the goat herders at work. Nearby Polis and Latchi offer activities to suit all requirements. Sailing, boat hire, glass bottom boats, Diving, PADI, cycle hire, a wide selection of restaurants. Extensive walks to suit all levels including the Baths of Aphrodite and the Akamas national park. Paphos is easily accessible for many sites of historical interest.
