The villa is located near the un-spoilt villages of Ozankoy and Bellapais. Just a few minutes from Kyrenia, the villa is in a delightful rural setting with lovely views of the Kyrenian Mountains, olive groves and is only minutes from the sea. Set in its own large garden with a 6 x 10 metre private pool, with a very large paved area around it, this brand new three bedroom villa sleeps 6 people. There are two balconies and an extensive patio area and ample parking.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Long winter lets can be accommodated at £500 per month with the tenant paying all bills.

| Living Rooms: | Lounge/diner is a spacious airy room with 2 sets of patio doors, one leading to the pool and barbecue area and one giving access to the large front porch. There is a satellite TV, dining table and chairs, a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath towels, pool towels, tea towels and bed linen are included. The property is cleaned and all linen changed weekly. |

Outside
The pool and terrace area has table and chairs, 2 umbrellas and 6 sunbeds. There is a barbecue with a large patio area around it. The pool is 6 x 10 metres with Roman steps and there are lights inside the pool for use in the evenings.
Coast/Beach
There are several small rocky beaches within easy walking distance. Larger sandy beaches such as Turtle Beach or Escape Beach are about 20 minutes drive away.
Golf
There is a golf course about 20 minutes drive from the villa.
Travel
Erjan airport is the closest (about 30 minutes by car) and we can arrange for you to be collected from here. You can also fly to Larnaca, which is just over one hour drive away. Car hire is not essential but is recommended.
Distances
Kyrenia harbour, the best in the Mediterranean, with its ancient castle, character shops and many restaurants and bars is only 10 minutes drive or about 20 minutes walk away. Bellapais Abbey is in a lovely village in the heart of the Kyrenian mountains and is only 10 minutes drive away. There are lovely views of Kyrenian harbour from here.

The villa is within easy walking distance of many fine local restaurants and a large supermarket.
