The villa is located near the un-spoilt villages of Ozankoy and Bellapais. Just a few minutes from Kyrenia, the villa is in a delightful rural setting with lovely views of the Kyrenian Mountains, olive groves and is only minutes from the sea. Set in its own large garden with a 6 x 10 metre private pool, with a very large paved area around it, this three bedroom villa sleeps 6 people. There are two balconies and an extensive patio area and ample parking.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Long winter lets can be negotiated with owner with the tenant paying all bills.
We can offer a price reduction of £100 on bookings of 2 weeks or more.
If there are 5 or 6 people staying there will be £50 extra to pay in low season and £75 extra in high season.

| Other: | The large front porch, which faces north provides a lovely dining/seating area when the weather is very hot. |

Notes on accommodation
There is a marble fireplace in the lounge. There is air-conditioning in the lounge and all three bedrooms, which can be used to heat rooms in the winter. There is a DVD player. There is also a bookcase in the lounge with Cyprus travel guides and information and plenty of books to read. You are welcome to swap books with ones you have read but please leave travel guides etc.
Outside
The pool and terrace area has table and chairs, 2 umbrellas and 6 sunbeds. There is a barbecue with a large patio area around it. The pool is 6 x 10 metres with Roman steps and there are lights inside the pool and 4 lights around the pool for use in the evenings.
Coast/Beach
There are several small rocky beaches within easy walking distance. Larger sandy beaches such as Lara Beach, Turtle Beach Acapulco and Escape Beach are about 20 minutes drive away.
Golf
There is a golf course about 20 minutes drive from the villa.
Travel
Ercan airport is the closest (about 30 minutes by car) and we can arrange for you to be collected from here. You can also fly to Larnaca, which is just over one hour away and Paphos, which is about 2 hours away and we can also arrange for you to be collected from here. Car hire is not essential but is recommended.
Distances
Kyrenia harbour, the best in the Mediterranean, with its ancient castle, character shops and many restaurants and bars is only 10 minutes drive or about 20 minutes walk away. Bellapais Abbey is in a lovely village in the heart of the Kyrenian mountains and is only 10 minutes drive away. There are lovely views of Kyrenian harbour from here.
Further details
The villa is within easy walking distance of many fine local restaurants and two large supermarkets.
