Outdoor shaded terraces overlook lovely gardens, the plunge pool, mature trees and spectacular views. Garden and pool furniture are provided on both terraces. Air-conditioned bedrooms. Beautiful sea and mountain views. A welcome breakfast pack is provided. House Managers on site. Easy access to local amenities, 5 mins drive to village, 10 mins drive to the beach, golf course 30 mins drive.

All towels and linens provided and changed weekly. An extra local charge is made should you require extra cleaning services during your stay. Guests are requested to bring beach towels for use away from the villa. |

Pepper Tree House does not have any steps.
Outside
The private plunge pool (5x3m) is surrounded by a paved terrace area fully equipped with sun loungers, parasol etc and is surrounded by a large private garden. The terrace area is accessed from the sitting room and has a table and chairs for outside dining with BBQ facilities.
Coast/Beach
The local beaches are a 10 min drive and have restaurant facilities.
Golf
There are two golf courses, the local course, CMC, is a challenging 9 hole course on a beachside location about 30 mins drive. The 'greens' are 'browns'. The new Korinium Golf and Country Club is International standard and is about 1 hours drive.
Travel
From Larnaca International airport in South Cyprus about 1hour 15 min drive. From Ercan Airport in North Cyprus about a 45 min drive. Airport transfers can be arranged. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Anthos Villas is situated about 1 mile from Camlibel village and local shops. 20 miles from Kyrenia. 15 miles from Lefkosia and 10 miles from Guzelyurt.
Further details
Camlibel village has a selection of grocery shops, a tailor, a barber and several ethnic restaurants. Walking and Adventure sports can be booked locally.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking. The remainder is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival at Pepper Tree House. Please see website for details.
