Yassas! My name is Louise and my husband, Henry, and I would like to welcome you to our lovely Villa at the prestigious Secret Valley Resort. Villa Lucia has a grand entrance, sits within beautiful gardens and has a lovely stone and graffiato finish. There is a lovely feeling of space and tranquility around Villa Lucia which has been enhanced by sun kissed terraces, mature gardens and modern sun decks. The beautiful natural surroundings extend from large open veranda to the most breathtaking sea and mountain views and you will feel the stresses of your day to day life melt from you as you take a sip of wine and watch your first sunset!

Changeover day
Check in is from 4pm and check out is at 10am. Every effort is made to accommodate our guests arrivals and departures but this is subject to other guests.
Our changeover day is flexible but in keeping with other bookings.

| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 (ground floor) with double bed. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans, air conditioning and patio doors leading onto a sun terrace. |
| Bathrooms: | All bedrooms have en-suites with fabulous power showers, WC, sink and inbuilt mirrors. The bathrooms are finished with mellow creamy tiles with mosaic features. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has beautiful granite work surfaces and is equipped with everything you could need. Plenty of beech units, a double sink and modern appliances including a tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, an electric fan assisted oven and ceramic hob. |
| Utility Room: | There is a washer machine, ironing board, iron and outdoor clothes dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The Lounge is bright with sunshine flowing in through patio doors that lead out onto the outdoor patio. There are modern nubuck leather sofas, solid oak furniture, a 32' LCD TV, DVD/CD player, Nile satellite system and Playstation! |
| Other: | Inside, the villa is light and airy with cream walls and beautiful cool, Italian floor tiles which flow effortlessly from room to room. The dining room is perfect for entertaining with a large solid oak table and six stylish leather chairs. |

Fresh beach, hand and bath towels are provided for your stay. As standard a weekly maid service is provided. The pool is cleaned weekly in low season and twice a week in hotter months. |

Outside
Plunge into the 10x5m Swimming Pool or relax on luxurious sun drenched loungers. Villa Lucia is a peaceful place to soak up those rays!
There is a patio table by the pool and should you have no desire to leave the waterside - the barbie can be sizzling with local sheftalia and souvla in no time at all.
Each bedroom has a wonderful outlook; the groundfloor bedroom opens onto the poolside, the masterbedroom has a private balcony with hillside and sea views and the second bedroom has a large terrace with beds - the perfect place to lose yourself in a good book.
To the front of Villa Lucia is a lawned garden with far reaching views, this is a lovely spot, particularly on an evening when you can see incredible sunsets.
The outdoor space is a wonderful part of the villa and everyone will find their own favourite corner where they can enjoy moments of peace and quiet.
Coast/Beach
There are many beaches close to Villa Lucia & a 2km walk from the villa will bring you to the coast & picnic areas.
Petra Tou Romiou 10 min drive, Aphrodite's rock, a must!
Mandria 10 min drive natural unspoilt beach, coastal walks, village taverns.
Pissouri Beach sandy beach with watersports, lots of restaurants. Avdimou 15 min drive, fab restaurant, lovely sandy beach, coastal paths.
Kourion 25 min drive, sandy beach, great restaurant, amphitheatre, historic scenic coastal walks
Golf
On offer in Cyprus are several challenging, world class golf courses, warm hospitality and practically all year round sunshine.

Skiing
Cyprus is one of the few places where you are able to walk on sun-kissed beaches in the morning and ski on snow-capped mountains in the afternoon. In the summer months, Troodos is a cool, welcomed retreat from the coastal heat and there are many activities to pursue from woodland pony rides to cycling and walks on dappled pathways leading to hidden waterfalls.
Winter time offers a magical wonderland where you can sip delicious hot chocolate made on location in Platres, have skiing or snowboarding lessons, hire sledges for some real family fun or simply build a snowmen! Wintertime in Troodos is a main attraction for tourists and locals alike and the village square is bustling with people purchasing hot honey nuts and sampling Commandaria wine.
Travel
Villa Lucia is situated just 7km from Paphos Airport and 70km from Larnaca Airport.
Both airports have many routes from the UK, Russia, Germany, France, Dubai, Austria, Italy amongst other countries and flights can be found with Cyprus Airways, Emirates, KLM, Air France, Easy Jet, Eurocypria Airlines, First Choice, Thomas Cook, Monarch and Thomson.

Some restaurants nearby. Secret Valley Clubhouse has stunning views, a choice of lunch time or a la carte menus and on Sundays there is a great value carvery. Pithari Tavern offers guests the opportunity to taste authentic Greek Cypriot cuisine through either the meze or the a la carte menu.
Anoi Pub and Bar serves a large variety of draft and bottled beers, a new world wine list and quality fast-food favourites from steaks and potato skins to fajitas and spicy chicken wings, potato skins and mozzarella dips.
Zimi Pizza and Pasta is a traditional Italian with a great variety of freshly made pizzas and calzones, oven-baked pasta dishes and pasta classics prepared to order, and a fresh salad bar for quick service.
Platia Coffee Shop-Ouzerie is a truly traditional Cypriot Coffee Shop serving coffee made in the utzaki and served with with lizos—the traditional Paphos delights.
Gefsis Gelateria and Crêperie serves top quality Häagen Dazs ice cream, served in homemade cones of different flavours, either for seated consumption or to be sealed and taken away.
Georges Tavern serves local Cypriot food which is both tasty and affordable!
Pissouri – places of interest. I am word restricted with the advert which is a big problem as I have so much to tell you! I will describe only 1 of the nearby great places to visit - Pissouri!
Pissouri has a quaint, unique character bestowed by winding cobbled streets lined with charming rustic houses. The Cypriot character has certainly been retained and is what attracts so many visitors. There is an exceptional choice of restaurants offering a wide range of cuisine; from ice cream palours to exquisite fine dining! During the summer there is a traditional 'Cyprus night' in the lovely pedestrianised village square, with dancing and music. There is an incredible party atmosphere that is so infectious you can’t help but be drawn into the merriment!

'A great villa for a family holiday and couples. All bedrooms have excellent en-suite facilities and the villa is fully equipped with everything you need including towels and beach towels. The kitchen is well equipped as well for self catering. Secret Valley is a great location for visiting the sights around Paphos and Limassol with some good locations for swimming in the med near by. We had a great holiday there in August and would definitely consider returning in 2010’
‘We have just returned from Villa Lucia and loved every minute of our stay! Villa Lucia is extremely spacious, and facilities are superb. We were really impressed with the car provided (Honda HRV) and we made use of this - visiting Pisouri, Mandria, Aphrodite Hills, Limassol, Kourion and Troodos! The weather was amazing! Gorgeous sunny days, a far cry from the sub zero temperatures at home! We had never been to Cyprus before and loved how welcoming people are. We will be back’
