Villa Sinola is located on the outskirts of Tremithousa a traditional cypriot village with easy access to Tala square and all its restaurants. The villa's position is at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac and enjoys both sea and mountain views from the side and rear of the property. All our guests will be provided with a basic welcome package should your flight be delayed and we can provide you with airport transfers payable locally to our representative. Some beach towels will be provided along with bath and hand towels and a mid stay linen change. High chairs and cots are available for hire locally please ask upon booking. Please note that this is a no smoking villa mainly for your comfort and that of other guests. The blue flag beaches at Coral Bay are approximately 10km away with Paphos airport 25km, Paphos town 8km and Tsada golf course 4km.

Notes on accommodation
The property is fully air-conditioned/heated. It is suitable for both families and couples. No smoking within the villa for your comfort and that of other guests. Cots and highchair equipment available to hire locally.
Outside
8m x 4m private kidney shaped pool with roman steps at the shallow end tiled pool area along with a pool shower.
Patio table and chairs which seat 8 comfortably and sun loungers around the pool. A barbecue is also provided for that alfresco dining.
The villa comes with 2 balconies both of which you can sit on and take in the views- especially from the rear balcony where you will enjoy unspoilt mountain scenery.
The villa comes with a car-port.
Coast/Beach
The blue flag beaches at Coral Bay are approximately a 10km drive.
Golf
Tsada golf course is 4km drive.
Travel
Paphos airport is approximately 25km away and the drive takes about 25-30 minutes. Larnaca airport 90 minutes.

Distances
Tremithousa village is about 2 km and an easy walk. Tala village is also about 4-5km drive away.
Further details
Banks shops and restaurants are within an easy reach of the villa and approximately take 15 minutes walk. There is a local kiosk which supplies milk, bread and vegetables along with english speaking newspapers and magazines.
A meet and greet is available at the property, which will involve our management team advising you on information about the property, or you may wish to take advantage of an airport transfer by a member of the team which is payable locally to them.
Booking notes
A £100 non refundable deposit is required on making a reservation. The outstanding balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required with the final payment and will be refunded within 7 days of departure subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

About the owner
I live in England with my wife 2 daughters and a westie.
It has always been our dream to own a property in the sun and when making the decision it was easy it had to be Cyprus.
We have just taken delivery of our property which took 2 years to build and is on the outskirts of a village called Tremithousa which is in Paphos. It borders Tala which has many great restaurants in it's square.
Tsada Golf course is approx 4km away, with the airport 25km, town 8km and the nearest beaches 10km so as you can see no where is too far in Paphos.
We can provide airport pick-ups which are payable locally just ask when booking.
We hope when booking your holiday with us you will enjoy our villa as much as we do and look forward to having you as our guests.
