Kings View is a privately owned complex of 8 luxury apartments. There are 2 holiday apartments on the ground floor, and 2 on the first floor for availability. The apartments have 1 or 2 bedroom options, a bathroom plus most have en-suite, and sea and mountain views. All apartments have balconies, and all the facilities to make your holiday as comfortable as possible with TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, hairdryer. Located close to village of Emba with local taverns to experience village life, and within a short drive to Paphos harbour, and to the popular Coral Bay beach. A complimentary welcome pack is provided for your arrival usually consisting of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, bread, butter, jam, and cheese. Car recommended, but taxi/minibus service available. For more accommodation, a large villa CY243 is nearby, sleeps 10. You will be visited by the owner usually within 24 hours.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. 2pm arrival and 10 am departure. However, departure times may be flexible and agreed on individual basis in order to accommodate guests comfortably for the duration of their stay.

4 apartments available for rental. Bedroom one with double bed, en-suite shower room, and a hairdryer. Bedroom two has 2 or 3 single beds, and next to the bedroom is a bathroom with bath/shower over. Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, toaster, kettle, iron, and well equipped with crockery, cutlery, ovenware and t-towels.
Lounge/diner includes sofa(s), armchairs, table and chairs, Sky freeview TV, DVD/CD player. Balcony with patio set. Communal use traditional BBQ. Sea views from pool area and balconies. Air-conditioning. Parking. 2 sets of bed linen per bed are provided, and 2 sets of towels per person, also 6 tea towels. There is a once a week linen collection but no maid service. Accessibility
Two of the 4 apartments are on the ground floor with a few steps up to the front door, and a few steps down to the pool.

Outside
The pool area has sunbeds, tables and chairs, and a traditional brick chimney BBQ. There are sea views from the pool, and from each apartment from the private terrace/balcony with table and chairs, and a clothes airer with pegs. The ground floor balconies are fenced and gated.
The pool area is also gated.

Coast/Beach
Coral Bay Beach 10 mins drive. Water sports, diving, boat trips.

Golf
Golfing is very popular in Paphos, about 30 mins to a choice of 4 golf clubs: Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley (Venus Rock), Elia Resort, and Minthis Hills (Tsada). Golf driving range in nearby Coral Bay, 10 minutes drive away.

Skiing
Skiing in the Troodos mountains, seasonal (usually January and February).

Special interest holidays
There are many places of cultural, archaeological, and historical interest to visit in Paphos.

Travel
Paphos Airport about 30 mins drive. Larnaca Airport about 1hour and 45 minutes drive.

Distances
Emba Village is about 10 mins walk, with traditional taverns overlooking the village square. There are many places to visit nearby by car: Coral Bay and Paphos Harbour and old town, 10 mins. Tala, Pegia, and Chloraka villages are also nearby. A good location for a taste of village life, and/or a few trips by car to the many places of interest that Paphos has to offer.
