Changeover day
We will accept midweek bookings and will consider long term lets. Arrival and departure times will be at the discretion of our management team in Peyia.
Notes on accommodation
Both apartments have full air-conditioning/heating in every room. The 2 bed apartment is on the 3rd floor however, the car park bay is right outside the front door. The large balcony has plenty of room for 4 sun loungers and has a table and 6 chairs and still space for the baby buggie. The 1 bed apartment is on the 2nd floor and has 1 flight of stairs down from the car park bay.
Accessibility
Because of the location, as the name suggest, the complex is on many levels.
The 2 b/rm apt' is located on the 3rd level in "A" block but, has the car parking bay right outside the front door of the apt'.
The 1 b/rm apt' is on the 2nd level & has 1 flight of stair down from car parking bay.
Outside
The complex has a shared pool (unheated) with outside shower. Indoor changing rooms with showers and wc. There is a gym, sauna, jacuzzi. The landscaped walk ways, stair-wells and car park areas are well lit at night.
Coast/Beach
Apart from Paphos and the 'Blue Flag' beach at Coral Bay, there are many other beaches dotted along the coastal routes, why not try to find your own remote private beach. It is about a 10 minute drive to Coral Bay area.
Golf
A new golf range is about 10 minute drive away. There are 2 golf courses within 30 minutes drive from the complex.
Travel
A car is a 'must have' to make the most of your holiday, It is easy to get about (drive on the left and UK type road signs).
Paphos International Airport is about 30/35 min from the complex. We have used the New International Airport at Larnaca, that will give you around 90/100 minutes drive to the complex.
Distances
A down hill walk to Peyia village takes around 10 minute and a bit longer coming back up the hill! Or you can get a taxi back. To make the most of your visit to Cyprus a car is highly recommended.
Further details
Peyia is a village in the North West region of Paphos, around 15km from the main town. The apartments location combines unrivalled views of the sea with cool mountain air. The village is still traditional in many ways. Watch the elders, sipping Greek coffee, along the edge of the village streets, the smell of fresh baked bread, the toll of the church bells makes this a true Cypriot experience. Many taverns for you to try the local cuisine, or stick to what you know best if you prefer. Themed restaurants, wine bars, The Grande Cafe for internet connection and a simple tasty snack or a quite drink in the beautiful surroundings.
Booking notes
Now taking bookings for our 3rd season, book before the end of 2011 and we will ask for 50% of the deposit price, until you have flights confirmed.
20% deposit required to book either apartment. Full payment required 6 weeks before holiday start date, plus a refundable security bond of £100. Payment back will follow a satisfactory inspection post departure. Clients to be reimbursed within one week of inspection of apartment/s.

7 - 14 Aug 10. 1 bedroom apt. SB of Derbyshire. A well appointed apt in a quiet area of Peyia with great views & kitted out with everything you need for a self-catering holiday- perfect for couples looking for a base to explore the island, or those just wanting to relax in the sun. The complex is well maintained & equipped with pool {we had it to ourselves most mornings}, gym for the energetic and sauna {not needed in Aug!}. A 10 min' downhill walk to a choice of supermarkets, a tavern & bars- 20 min' walk back home again, alternatively a 5 Euro taxi ride at night or with bags of shopping. Most enjoyable holiday & thoroughly recommended.
16 - 26 Aug 10. 1 bedroom apt. J&M of Eastbourne. The apt was fantastic, the views from both balconies are incredible and the pictures don't do it justice. The apt is very homely and you can easily spend an evening just chilling out and enjoying the views. Richard has been more than helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this apt' to anyone.
