Changeover day
Sunday is the preferred changeover day during the high season, but we will try to accommodate any request.

Hand and bath towels are provided together with all bed linen. These are changed weekly. Guest should provide their own beach towels. Property is cleaned before each let. Mid let cleaning can be arranged if required. |

Private 8x4m freshwater overflow swimming pool with ladder and steps into pool at roman end. 6 sun loungers with cushions and umbrellas. 3 small pool side tables. Dining terrace with wrought iron and granite table, 6 chairs and large parasol. 3 sun terraces (2 at rear 1 at front) with private parking for 2 cars on driveway. Property enclosed by dry stone walls and wrought iron gates.
Coast/Beach
Camelot Beach which is family friendly and only 3 minutes walk from the villa is a sandy beach with sun loungers, umbrellas, water sports, beach bar and restaurant. There are numerous other beautiful sandy beaches along the coast which are easily accessible by car.
Travel
The nearest airport is Ercan which is approx 30 minutes drive from the villa an alternative is to fly to Larnaca in the south and taxi across the border. This takes approx 1 hr 15 mins and there are more options on airlines and days of travel available. Please contact us if we can assist you with flight arrangements. We can also arrange pick up from airports and car hire if required. Return taxi fare from Ercan in the north is £40 and from Larnaca in the south £80.
Distances
Nearest village is Alsancak which is walking distance from the villa. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk and is excellent for all of your self catering needs selling a wide range of local and international foods and has fresh meat and vegetable departments. The main town of Kyrenia is 15 minutes by car. Kyrenia Harbour is the focal point of Kyrenia and has been named one of the most beautiful harbours in the world.
Further details
Kyrenia Harbour has many lively bars, restaurants, casino's and local shopping and is the heart of Kyrenia as much for locals as for tourists. A welcome pack and holiday information brochure are provided on your arrival. The Managing Agent will carry out a courtesy visit the day after your arrival to ensure that everything is satisfactory. UK pounds are accepted in all shops and restaurants and driving is on the left. Electricity supply is the same as the UK with a standard 3 pin plug.
Booking notes
£200 deposit of total rental to secure the booking paid either by cheque or bank transfer. Confirmation of booking and receipt of payment will be sent by email or post.
Balance required 8 weeks before travel.
Breakage deposit of £100 payable with balance and refunded at end of your holiday.
Cancellation up to 8 weeks = deposit, 29-55 days = 60% of total cost. 28 days = 100% of total cost.
