This property is near the end of a cul-de-sac and has very little passing traffic and has no adjoining properties. 5 minutes from the sea. Close to shops and restaurants. 10 minutes from the bustling town of Kyrenia with its' famous harbour area.

The villa is fully air conditioned and central heating is available for winter lets. The air conditioning units also heat if required.
Welcome pack containing: milk, coffee, tea, sugar, eggs, orange juice, bread, marmalade, spread, £15 per booking if required.

There are steps from the pool deck to the house.
Outside
The 7x5 salt water swimming pool is available for the sole use of guests. Six sunbeds are provided for use around the large pool deck or in the shaded area overlooking the pool. The BBQ is on the pool deck. Fantastic sea & mountains views from these areas.
Beautiful gardens surround the property. There are no adjoining properties to this property.

5 minute drive from the coast and beaches.
Golf
30 minutes from the beautiful Korineum Championship golf course.
Travel
The house is 30 minutes from Ercan International airport and 75 minutes from Larnaca International airport. Check EasyJet flights to Larnaca. Car Hire is recommended. North Cyprus car hire companies will collect you from these airports.
Distances
The village of Edremit is a 5 minute walk. Historic Kyrenia is a 10 minute drive.

There is a small store, a bar and two restaurants within walking distance. Numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks etc are within 5 minutes drive. Historic Kyrenia is a 10 minute drive away.

Beautiful and very well equipped villa in glorious setting. Fantastic views. Would definitely come here again. Pool was very welcome in the 40° heat. The whole family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and welcomed the freedom of the villa which you do not always get in a hotel. The barbecue was used a few times and we ate on the balcony watching the sun go down helped along with a bottle or two of chilled local wine. Bliss. Thank you Steve & Shirley for answering all of our questions prior to departure and for the information booklet left at the villa. Very helpful.
