Beautifully presented 2 bedroom apartment in Kato Paphos for holiday let. The apartment is situated in the Universal area of Kato Paphos meaning it is ideally situated for those holiday makers who do not wish to hire a car. The municipal beach is just 10 minutes stroll away and the beautiful harbour only 5 minutes further. Bars, clubs, restaurants, shops and even the water park are all within approx 1km of the apartment. The development is small and has a 25m lagoon style communal pool. There are 2 terraces one of which overlooks the pool and patio garden area. There are 3 golf courses within short driving distance and skiing is available in winter in the Troodos mountains. A local shop and restaurant are only 100m up the road and the nearest hospital and pharmacy are within 2km of the apartment. Transfer time from Paphos airport is approx 15-20 mins. There are excellent bus links to all surrounding areas within easy reach of the apartment including the popular beach at Coral bay.

Guest comments
The apartment was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay there, especially the bedroom balcony where we ate our breakfast every morning and soaked up the sun. It was also very central for all the travelling about we did. We were very happy with everything and had a totally relaxing holiday there. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other people, in fact we did pass on the details to another couple.
