Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning throughout. Secure safe located in master bedroom. 2 bedrooms on the first floor have balconies both with table and chairs. Modern decor throughout. Plastic plates and cutlery provided for poolside and child use. Meet and greet. As part of your holiday you will be met on arrival at your villa no matter what the time by our management company. They will show you a few basics such as how the cooker, etc work. Tell you where the nearest supermarket is etc.

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Additionally a separate deposit of £250 (refundable) to cover breakages/loss, will be required along with the balance payment. This will be refunded upon inspection of our villa. Please note, we do not accept bookings for all male/female parties. Strictly no smoking allowed in the villa, although smoking is permitted outside (ash trays are provided).

We arrived home 2 days ago after staying In Villa Abterra and it was amazing we had a good time the villa was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The weather was very hot as there was a heat wave so the air con and fans were a god send as well as the lovely pool which was great for cooling down in and also big for a villa pool.
The roof terrace had fantastic views were we enjoyed bbq's of an evening. We got told to get our meats sirloin steak, pork chops, chicken breasts etc from the SCOTTISH butcher it was not far from the main supermarket (go down the road on the right after the supermarket) , it was superb best meat ever and was very cheap, great value for money. The local beach was only a few mins walk away which was lovely and was also a fishing bay.
The owner was very helpful, organised our transfer.

Hi - I'm David and my partner is Emma and we live in County Meath, Ireland. We have been holidaying in Cyprus for several years as we love the climate, food and the locals.
We have invested in this property as one day we'd like to retire to a warmer climate and enjoy the relaxed Cypriot lifestyle.

Our villa is within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and shops and local restaurants. There are also more restaurants in nearby towns, approx 15 minute walk. Our villa is in the ideal location, close enough to local amenities but privately situated.

We have a lovely roof terrace with great views and ideal for dining and relaxing in the sunset.
