We guarantee you superb accommodation in a really great location! Camlibel Village is an up and coming area that still retains its true Cypriot charm. In the village we have 3 restaurants, several shops, internet coffee shop and local ice cream cafe to name just a few of the many amenities. The Mavi Kosk Museum, St Pantelimon Monastery and The St Hilarion Vineyard are all worth a visit. For those that would like a more active holiday, there are waymarked walking and biking trails on the doorstep. We can also arrange many activities such as a Jeep Safari, Hay Rides and Cypriot Village days to name just a few of the many exciting things on offer in the area. There is also a frequent bus service from the village centre.

The bedrooms sleep 4 people comfortably although an additional sofa bed or cot may be added to accommodate families of 5/6 if required. The bathroom is spacious with double walk-in power shower. The lounge area has air-conditioning/heating, television and dvd player. The kitchen/diner is very well equipped for self catering. We have a swimming pool and laundry room on site as well as a social room with information board, books and dvds that you can borrow.

Notes on accommodation
All 3 villas are tastefully decorated in neutral colours, furnished well and equipped with all that you need for a comfortable holiday. Our villas are perfect for walking holidays, a cosy romantic getaway or a safe, enjoyable family break.

Outside
Camlibel Villas has a swimming pool that is for use by the residents of the 3 villas. Sufficient sunbeds are available for guests to relax around the pool. Importantly for any families visiting our villas the layout of our site is a safe location to relax and enjoy. We have boundary walls and fencing around the site, which is surrounded by grassy fields and pine woodland. In spring there is a spectacular show of wild flowers. On the door step we have many waymarked trails for you to enjoy walking and biking (mountain bikes can be hired on site).

Coast/Beach
Its only a 7 minute drive from Camlibel to the nearest beach, however there are many to choose from in Northern Cyprus.

Golf
Guzelyurt Golf Course - 30 minute drive.
Korenium golf course 45 minute drive.

Skiing
You can ski in the mountains of Troodos, 1.5 hour drive.

Travel
Ercan airport is the airport for North Cyprus, and is a 45 minute drive from our villas. Larnaca airport is a 1hr drive. We can arrange competitive transfers and car hire deals for you.

Distances
Camlibel Villas: 40 minutes from Kyrenia, 30 minutes from Nicosia, 20 minutes from Guzelyurt 45 minutes from Ercan (driving). 10 minute walk to the bus stop.

Richard and Amy Fairley

About the owner
Amy and Richard Fairley left the UK to run the new family enterprise that is Camlibel Villas. Together they first visited Northern Cyprus in 2004 and were captivated by this relatively undeveloped and unspoilt part of Cyprus. Amy is a qualified and competent equestrian enthusiast and with their love of the outdoor life and experience of walking in many parts of Europe realised Camlibel was the perfect base to build their dreams. Amy is a horse enthusiast and although she has just one horse of her own she can arrange horse riding for guests using other horses from a nearby village. Richard and Amy have also set up their Cyprusactive.com business running Jeep Safari Rides and Guided Walks to name just a few of the activities available.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Our daughter Amy was the first to go on holiday to N Cyprus, as her husband-to-be (at that time) had his parents already retired and living there...She told us how beautiful and unspoilt the island was and so we visited for ourselves! Our land was purchased with a view to keeping horses and building holiday accommodation in a rural setting. Within a week we fell in love with the idyllic setting of the field we bought in Camlibel. We saw its wonderful potential as a fantastic location to walk and ride out from, into the beautiful pine forests, just a short step away. We also found close by, that there is a picturesque reservoir surrounded by mountains ideal for walking, which we enjoy, and just opposite the village… so perfect for quiet rural holidays.

Unique benefits of the property
We enjoy staying in Camlibel because, although the whole island is renowned for its beautiful weather, being 825ft above sea level, it enjoys a particularly pleasant climate with little humidity. We love being active and so the walking in the area particularly appeals to us. We have come to know many of the local people who are most friendly and welcome visitors to their way of life. We enjoy a quieter holiday, just walking, relaxing around the pool and enjoying village life in our typical, Cypriot village and so have no regrets about choosing Camlibel as the location for our family venture. Our properties lend themselves very well to taking holidays with a group of friends or family which we enjoy, but a single villa is equally ideal for a single family unit, if preferred.
