Apartments are set in their own grounds (gated entrance) large communal swimming pool and is surrounded by beautiful grounds and garden areas. Family friendly.

| Bathrooms: | The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a toilet and a sink. There is also a full length cupboard with storage space for towels and toiletries. |
| Kitchen: | Apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and washing machine. There is a dining table which seats 4, and a full range of crockery, cooking utensils, also an iron and an ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has 2 settees, TV satilite and a DVD player, playstation, ipod dock, stereo CD/tape/radio and selection of games and DVD's. The larger settee is the sofa bed. A patio door leads out onto the private terrace which has a table and 4 chairs. |

Towels (not beach towels) and bedlinen are included, and will be clean on arrival. Should your stay be longer than 1 week, mid stay clean can be arranged at extra cost. |

The swimming pool is communal and heated during the Summer months. There are sun loungers provided.

The beach is less than 10 minutes by car.
Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca which is less than 30 minutes away. Full directions will be given.
Car hire is recommended. There are a range of car rental companies at the airport.
Distances
Pyla Village is a very short walk, less than 5 minutes. Larnaca is less than 15 minutes away by car. Ayia Napa is about 40 minutes by car.
Nicosia is about 30 minutes by car, and there is a very large shopping plaza including food hall.
