Our two bedroom villa is perfectly located to enjoy this beautiful part of the island, located in Alsancak, just west of Kyrenia. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and lounge which leads to a patio and garden area. The main bedrooms is air-conditioned with double bed and cot (if required) with sea views from the veranda. The second bedroom is also air-conditioned, has twin beds and has a lovely view of the pool and mountain range. A sofa bed is also located in the lounge. The villa is opposite the large pool, with separate children's section, and 5 minutes walk from some of the best beaches in Northern Cyprus, which are sandy, safe and very clean with full facilities. Peppered with a wonderful selection of restaurants to suit all budgets and only 15 minutes drive to the fantastic old harbour town of Kyrenia.

Outside
The property overlooks the shared pool with separate children's section. To the front of the property is a patio area and space to park your car. To the rear of the property is another patio area overlooking a large shared garden which has recently been landscaped.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Northern Cyprus are among the cleanest and safest in the Mediterranean. The average water temperature is 24C between May and October. The summer season sees the Hotel Beaches offering an excellent service to its customers in terms of eating and drinking facilities, not failing to mention the provision of beach umbrellas and beach loungers. Some of these beaches will also offer activities such as water skiing, banana rides, jet-ski, wind surfing and scuba diving.
Golf
Situated on the Coast at the foot of The Five Finger Mountain in Esentepe, the prestigious Korineum Golf and Country Club is proud to be the first 18 hole golf course in Northern Cyprus. Carved from a natural forest of Umbrella Pines and Olive trees, amongst others, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea on one side, and breath taking views of the famous Five Finger Mountain range on the other, this makes for a truly memorable experience you will never forget.
Korineum Golf & Country Club is only 45 minutes drive from our villa.

Travel
Flights to Northern Cyprus are available from various UK airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead, Manchester, Belfast and Glasgow. Alternatively fly direct to Larnaca in the South. Ercan airport is about 45 minutes from the villa. A taxi from Ercan Airport to our villa is £25. Car Hire is recommended and starts from £14 per day. Taxis/Car Hire can be arranged for you by the owners.
Distances
Nearest village is Alsancak, which is walking distance. Recommended shops and supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car. Car hire is strongly recommended and a car can be delivered to the villa on the first morning. Rates are very competitive. Main town of Kyrenia is 10 minutes by car. Nicosia (crossing point to Southern Cyprus) is 30 minutes by car.

Language: The language is Turkish but English is widely understood.
How to get there: The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus can be reached by both sea and air. By Air; Cyprus Turkish Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Pegasus and Sun Express provide an important network from international airports to Ercan via Turkey. For the timetables, prices and information, inquiries can be made at the offices of the above mentioned airlines and also from good travel agents. We can assist with this information on request. Taxi transfers to and from the airport can be organised if requested.
Passports and Visas: A valid passport is necessary for entering and a visa is granted on entrance to Northern Cyprus.
Traffic: In northern Cyprus you drive on the left. Traffic and road signs are International. Maximum speed is 100km./hr. Seat belts must be worn. Drivers are prohibited to drive under the influence of alcohol. The limit is 50 mgr (As in Europe).
Car Rental: This service is available in all main towns and some hotels. British or International Drivers Licence is required. Rental cars have red number plates. We can assist with this information on request.
Electricity: 220/240 Volts A. A standard three pin British plug is used.
Currency: The Turkish Lira. Eurocheques, Travellers Cheques, Sterling, Dollars and other major currencies may be used or exchanged in the larger towns.
Booking notes
Please contact us to book. We require a deposit of £100 when booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. Confirmation of booking and receipt of payment will be made by email.
