Perfect for relaxing, it is set in a well landscaped garden area with a large pool. The pool is surrounded by a spacious lounging area with a plentiful supply of sunbeds and umbrellas. The property has 2 well appointed verandas. The main one is off the living area and directly overlooks the pool while the other veranda is off the master bedroom. Both offer spectacular sea views with the upper veranda boasting dramatic views of the sunset. The complex has a lovely garden athmosphere with Lemon, Olive and Pomegranite trees just outside the front door! The Town house is only a 5 minute walk to the village centre and 3km to Coral Bay beach and resort, one of the best beaches in the area.

kettle, microwave and toaster. Table with 4 chairs and sideboard in dining area.
Fully equipped with all kitchen utensils. Barbecue also available.
Living Rooms: One 3 and one 2-seater sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV with Sky reception. Radio/CD player. Wide patio doors opening to terrace with panoramic sea views. Fully air-conditioned with ceiling fan. Stylishly furnished with contemporary wall pictures.

Notes on accommodation
Dual aircon/electric wall mounted heaters and electric ceiling fans. Not suitable for very small children due to steps and stairs and note that the pool minimum depth is 1.5m.

Accessibility
Due to steps and stairs, this property would not be suitable for those with a physical disability.

Outside
Extensive landscaping within the complex. Very attractive garden athmosphere with Lemom, Olive and Pomegranite trees just outside front door. Private patio and upstairs veranda, both with garden furniture. Large balcony leading from living area furnished with patio table, 4 chairs and umbrella. Swimming Pool has a plentiful supply of sun loungers and umbrellas. There are also poolside toilets, showers and changing rooms.

Coast/Beach
Coral Bay blue flag beach and other sandy beaches are approx 3km from apartment, 5 minutes drive. For a nice quiet and convenient beach, try Vardas Beach, located beside the Atlantic Hotel, 10 minutes from Peyia on the Paphos Road.The beautiful beaches of Polis and Latchi on the north west coast are within 30 minutes drive time.

Golf
Tsada Golf Club 8km from the property. There are also golf courses at Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills within easy driving distance. A new Driving Range has opened about 10 minutes drive away on the main road to Paphos.A wide variety of watersports is available at the nearby beaches. Diving lessons are also available.

A supply of tourist guides, Maps and information on local facilities and restaurants is available at the property.

Travel
Driving time from Peyia to Pafos Airport is 30/40 minutes. From Larnaca airport driving time is 2 hours.To Paphos Town is 20 minutes. Car hire is recommended,
but there is a good bus service from the airport and a bus service to coral Bay Beach during the high season.

Distances
Peyia Village 5 minutes walk. Pafos 12km / 20 minutes drive. Coral Bay 3km / 5 minutes drive. Troodos Mountains and villages an hours drive. Nicosia and entrance to Northern Cyprus 2 hours on motorway.

Borders the Akamas National Park. 8km to Tsada Golf course. 4.5km to Agios Georgios Fishing Village. 3km to Pafos Bird and Animal Park. Ideal for those attending weddings. 1km from Zucchini Wedding Venue, 5km from St Georges. Taxi services available locally.

Provisional booking accepted by telephone or email and held for 3 days. Completion of booking form and payment of 20% deposit confirms booking. Balance of payment payable 6 weeks before travel. Clients are also required to pay £100 refundable deposit for bookings up to 2 weeks. For longer stays, deposit amount advised on request.

About the owner
Maureen and Kevin bought our house in Peyia Springs in October 2008. It was newly built and we have spent the intervening period making it comfortable. We chose Peyia Springs because of its proximity to the village with all the amenities and also because of the design - it is small and enclosed and provides a little oasis of peace and relaxation. Last year was the first time we offered the house for rent and it was great to get such positive feedback from our guests.
